City Nest Dallas

Certain staff are incredibly rude and condescending at this location. Have spent thousands of dollars over 6 years at multiple cityvet locations, including boarding. Both my dogs recently have gotten vague diagnoses, and i end up spending so much money on drugs, foods etc that never resolve the issue just mask or treat symptoms. They don’t treat from. Diagnostic approach-seems they treat from a cost benefit approach (for them). Also I’ve been double billed by multiple locations multiple times. People make mistakes but I no longer feel confident in them handling my pet’s care. Dr. Effie has been the best and I will try and make her location work. The way I was treated and spoke to today by one of the staff is mainly what led me to write this review at this specific location. Take your money elsewhere-where people will speak kindly with care for your concerns and animals.

Diamond Purpose

Maaaaan! This Dr office was absolutely aaamazzzing!!! Soooo hospitable, caring and genuinely wanted to help! From my initial call experience with Leah until we made it in front of Dr Tate, the whole way through all the staff were the absolute best! And I do have a high standard in excellent customer service! They would get 10 stars if available! Great job team city vets-Preston Hollow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my cat in on a busy Tuesday and they were fast and organized on appointment time. Dr. Nguyen was fantastic and gave me honest and genuine advice. She really cares about her client and her staff was great as well. Highly recommend!

I had a really sick baby. (Almond) Shonte’, Dr. Lufkin and Dr. Arroyo helped me not only figure out my payment options but also nursed Almond back to perfect health. I would recommend this CityVet location to anyone. I pass by 3-4 other CityVet locations just to come to this location. The doctors and staff are very kind, patient and compassionate. Just amazing!
