Ever since I have switched from CityVet to Banfield. I have received nothing but the greatest of care and detailed information over my two girls I highly recommend this location with the staff all doctors I’ve switched in between all three of them whenever one has off. And still know that they have the highest regard for my babies. Highly recommend this location because the staff Even to the front desk cares every bit, also I do have sometimes to burn their ears about my youngest pup that likes to chew up everything I have. And my girls always get a decorative bag with their information which shows me care in time that they care for them.

Cant handle big dogs. Not to mention they try to up sale everything they possibly can. They charge stupid prices for some things that supposedly were covered when I initially asked and some how are no longer options. Sketchy and you get stuck paying if your pet passes super weird imo.

Best STAFF I have EVER encountered 😃 ! I made an appointment for my Cockapoo for a dental consultation !! They laid out the red carpet from the time we arrived until the time of closing for the evening. I was Very impressed with the knowledge they all shared and the ease provided with my concern for the upcoming procedure ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for your Fur-Babies needs !! BRAVO BANFIELD 🩷🩷

The doctor and staff was friendly and their prices were reasonable. However, we needed a prescription which I requested through Chewy. The doctor is sent a request through Chewy which they then approve. But the doctor only worked at that location for that one day and no one ever followed up to approve the meds, so seven days later I still have a sick dog and no meds. Poor follow through. We did eventually get everything sorted out thanks to the lovely tech at the front desk. Additionally, they are national so I can have a cohesive chain of pet records no matter where I go.

The folks at this location do a GREAT job. BUT DO NOT sign up for the Banfield wellness plan. Our dog has to be put down and they're making us pay another EIGHT MONTHS of this service for nothing! And when we asked to speak with a supervisor we were told no supervisors were available. Terrible customer service!

Absolutely incredible vet and office! The staff was so nice and made sure I got in ASAP because my pup was very sick very suddenly. The vet helped me feel at ease and was understanding that I wanted to do everything in my power to save my dog but do not make alot of money. I was so scared and crying the whole way there but left feeling like it was all going to be okay and it was! Thank you so much Dr. Baird and staff!
