I can't speak highly enough of this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the veterinarians, showed genuine care and concern for my pet's well-being. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The veterinarians took the time to thoroughly assess my pet's needs, patiently answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more serious health issue, I know I can trust them to provide the highest level of care for my furry family member.

Very nice veterinary clinic! The facility was clean and nicely decorated. The staff that we met were all very nice, friendly, helpful, and supportive to our ferret’s issues. The doctor we met was very friendly, caring and informative to our pet’s issue. The parking is a little tight but coming from a little over 100 miles away the location was pretty simple to get to. If your pet needed to stay for a while, there’s plenty to do or places to eat surrounding the location. We came to this vet as they see and treat “exotics” and we have ferrets. I would recommend this veterinary clinic. They also have a very nice website to work with as well. Ease of making an appointment was great!

The Staff is excellent. My dog had heart issues and she was paired with Dr. Kores who specializes in cardiology. I liked that at every appointment we had the same vet tech so they were familiar with my pet and made my dog feel more comfortable at the vet. Dr. Kores was proactive with preventative care and monitoring to prevent my dog from going to urgent care. The facility is very clean and I liked having the credit card on file so that it made the payment process easier, gave the ability to have a dog sitter authorized if they needed to take your pet to the vet and paperless billing. The online pharmacy is also convenient.

Highly recommend VPAH today after my first appointment. They were able to work me in quickly this morning, and the team was kind and easy to work with. Dr. Martin and the team were so good with my dog. She is usually very nervous at the vet, and this was by far one of her least stressful vet visits.

The staff is very friendly and efficient and truly enjoy each other and their jobs. When my cat had surgery I got a total of six phone calls in one day to see how she was doing. They give medication to calm your pet but only if needed. I really can’t imagine going anywhere else.

If I could rate this place 20 stars I would! Dr. Miranne and Dr. Brenna D. were so patient and gentle with my little Mocha Rue. It was Mocha's first time at the vet and they made it such a wonderful experience. They provided insight and broke things down for us in layman's terms. The staff was very friendly and apologized multiple times for not even a 5 minute wait. Mocha Rue can't wait to come back!
