Usually I don't give bad reviews. I feel like Banfield deserves one. I pay for 3 dogs to go here. It's almost $200 a month. My dog got sick when I called to get him in, they told me they couldn't get him in and I needed to take him somewhere else. I took him somewhere else where I ended up paying double because I didn't have insurance through them. Couple weeks later my dog was still sick. Made an appointment to take him into banfield. They ran test but couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong with him. They could only tell me what they thought was wrong with him and that I needed to take him somewhere else for further testing. I ended up once again paying double to take him somewhere else, he then died a few days later. I called banfield to take him off insurance and still "owed" hundreds of dollars. I'm not sure what I've been paying for, for all these years when they couldn't even help me. I can't even take my other dogs somewhere else because I'd have to pay to get them off the plan. I can't wait till the plan is up ill never be back.

Clean facility, very nice staff and quick service. The waiting list phone service is fantastic 👌. It's so much better than sitting in a crowded noisy stinky room. Especially when filled with pets that aren't getting along. Major improvement!

I've been sending my fur babies to Banfield Colerain since about 2016. I've never had an issue. I only give them 4 stars because they are on the expensive side. But, they're convenient and nice so I keep going anyway.

Very disappointed in this banfield. We were in three times in the last two weeks with our sweet girl Zoey. She was misdiagnosed with “arthritis” and “back pain”. Yesterday we went to the emergency vet and she had a ruptured mass and was hemorrhaging into her stomach likely over the last two weeks. Don’t worry, she had a full array of vaccines on Wednesday because she “looked good”. Today we called to cancel our plan only to find out we owed a significant amount of $$ just to cancel after 15 years and 2 dogs. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. We won’t spend another dollar here or at petsmart. This place is terrible. :( Update: I did reach out on Facebook. They responded that someone would contact me but I still haven’t heard anything.
