I’m very impressed with the service I have received from Animal Remover! I called to schedule an appointment because I have squirrels in the attic. They were able to accommodate my schedule and arrived promptly. The technician, Justin, was absolutely wonderful. He did a very thorough job and took the time to explain his recommendations.

Justin came out and was very professional and transparent. Set a bait trap same day with a more advanced trap coming in the next couple days. They’ll also repair the house to ensure no further issues all for a very reasonable price. And better yet, THE QUOTE WAS FREE!!! People who stand by their work and offer good pricing will always come out to quote for free. Great service!

Justin was on time, polite, and very professional to work with. He did a great job explaining everything to me as well as all my options. I had one of the big national pest control companies come to my house to give me a quote for rodent exclusion…they didn’t even go up into my attic just took a Quick Look with a flashlight and immediately told me I would need to do a really expensive remediation, which he then proceeded to try to sell me on using fear tactics. I called animal remover for a second opinion, fully expecting them to be the same cost, if not more expensive. The technician (Justin) came out, did a really thorough inspection. He actually went up into the attic and walked around up there and outside the house so to identify any potential entry points and told me the remediation suggested by the other company wasn’t really necessary given the amount of activity he saw. He was very personable and clearly knew his stuff and after his inspection talked me through three different quotes/options with pros/cons of each one….no hard selling…no sleazy fear tactics, just information so I could make an informed decision on which way I wanted to go if/when I was ready. I’m super happy I called animal remover and have decided to have them do the work at my house. Thank you Justin!!

I got my money’s worth and more! I had put off for too long honeybees that had gotten inside my wall where the brick meets the siding. They weren’t even the reason I called Animal Remover. I had squirrels (“Chewy” - they demolished the wooden beam) just above my patio door. Nick came out, told me the bees were an even bigger problem, and presented a proposal that discounted the two services. Lauren (office assistant) was always helpful and pleasant and the tech always responsive in the same day whenever I called to ask questions or report Chewy1and Chewy 2 had been caught in the trap. Nick, Josh and Mack took care of the bees - they first moved out my mattress and other items that were too hard for me to get. They removed what Nick said were some 30,000 bees, thoroughly and beautifully sealed all entry points for both squirrels and bees, and cleaned up, yes! Nick even helped me and took over with a 15-minute customer service call for connecting a security camera. And, they were just as friendly with the contractors working on my kitchen (I have a lot going on, don’t judge me!😆) I am so impressed and grateful for the all around pleasant experience!
