The staff here are so patient and compassionate! They are receptive and helpful when I call in to explain any concerns with my pet (even when it's the 3rd or 4th phone call!). My cat, Bonnie, is nervous at the vet (as most are!), and likes to hide between the blinds, chairs, or look out the window! ... but Dr. Coe is very efficient, thorough, and calm with her examinations. There is an option to use a side entrance and enter the office once they are ready for your appointment, which takes a lot of the stress of worrying about Bonnie in the waiting area away! The front desk staff and vet-techs I have met with are also amazing! Bonnie is the first pet I have taken care of all by myself/not a family pet, and they are always willing to help with any extra worries/concerns/questions I have as I am new to being a pet owner. I am glad I researched and chose this vet :).

We love our vet! We've always had a good experience, have gotten in last minute on several occasions, and they always call to check up on our pups if we've had a sick visit. The interactions with the staff and within the staff members seems genuine, like I think the people that work there actually like working there. Recently, we moved 30 minutes away but we're going to keep coming here. When you find good care, you gotta keep it.

Our dogs are anxious with the vet visits but staff is very accommodating to keep animals and themselves safe. Scheduling appointments is so simple and the app makes it easy to keep track of appointments, meds, and records in general. Vets are helpful and listen to figure out what’s wrong or find out what is best for our furry loved ones. We recommend this vet…our anxious dogs give any vet visits 2/10 😂 but they do receive all the love and treats to make up for it! And they love the staff as well!

The Animal Hospital on Mt. Lookout Square has always provided Chewie with superior veterinary services, including the most recent removal of two sizable tumors. Dr. Levitas did a great job with ACL surgery a year ago as well. 5 stars for this great facility. The staff is pleasant and easy to work with. They also do their best to squeeze you in if needed.

I am so impressed with the amount of care and follow up that the team did for our cat, Miriam. She means so much to our family and to know that there are people in the world that will do anything to help make her feel better is such a huge relief and blessing.

The Animal Hospital on Mt. Lookout Square is the only place I will bring my pets. I've been an animal lover all my life and have had cats, dogs, fish, a rabbit and even a hedgehog. The vets at Mt. Lookout are smart, compassionate, and friendly. A quick story, I recently had to put down my beloved cat of 15 years. He had been sick for a while but when his kidneys failed it was time. There are pets you take into your home and love, then there are pets you take into your heart and love. It's all love, but Mr. Lola (yep, seriously) was my best friend through college, my first job, many heartbreaks, and the growing pains of young adulthood. The entire staff at AHMLS took excellent care of him right up to the end. The team (special shout out to Dr. McCready, Tabitha, and Dr. Godsey) were so supportive in coordinating Mr. Lola’s care and eventual passing. And they were never judgmental when I was concerned about the budget. (I would have lived in a box for that cat, but we all know sometimes we just have to make tough financial decisions) They worked with me to build care plans that were effective at prices I could afford. Mr. Lola lived a long comfortable life thanks to the AHMLS. I wish I could shout out everyone. The entire staff is fantastic, but for now I'll just say this; from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
