Great vet with good availability for appointments My dog came for a regular checkup, med refills and vaccines. Cost me about 250$ buckaroos. Great vets, front desk staff and love the treat station. As you can see, my dog merely tolerates that vet haha

I'm honestly not sure I can emphasize enough how amazing Bond Vet Williamsburg is. Dr. Sebastian has been unbelievably attentive, kind, and dedicated to helping my cat Birdie who diagnosed with early kidney disease. The entire team is easy to reach and so helpful EVERY time I need to be in touch. They are so gentle with my cat and genuinely provide the best vet service I've ever seen. Can't recommend higher. If I can give this place more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would. Upon calling the office for information on my Sprinkles visit Annie was patient and sweet helping me with my visit. I was greeted with a warm hello by K at the front desk.The office was clean and pet friendly. The staff was amazingly nice and professional. Dr Sebastian answered all my questions and concerns, and his assistant Christina was a doll. Over all I had a smooth visit and WILL be coming back. Thank you Bond Vet for being awesome 🤍☺️🐶

Great Vet! Super easy first time visit, none of the unnecessary testing or upselling some other vets do. Finally a convenient and trustworthy easy vet experience for my dog. Super modern and digital. Made an always anxious time, (when your dog is sick) much less traumatic for my dog and myself! Highly recommend!

Whoever was the receptionist on Monday 03.25 afternoon should really work on their customer service skills. There is no reason one should come in feeling unwelcome. I am picking up medicine for my dog and you are a representative for the company you work in. If this is how customers are treated one can only imagine how our furry best friends might be. If you are miserable then perhaps your receptionist should work elsewhere. First time coming to this location and it’ll be my last. It’s closest to where I live but I’ll be keeping to the first avenue location.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Sebastian Betancourt Vasquez. We had an urgent and last minute (walk in) need to be seen with our senior dog and Bond Vet Williamsburg and their entire staff were so accommodating and kind (nurses, front desk, etc). We have tried out a few vets in the Williamsburg area and have constantly said “we need to find a new vet” because we always felt we had a mediocre or poor experience at every other place. Well, we found our new vet. Dr Vasquez was incredibly informative, provided us our options in an honest, caring and helpful way and guided us to make the best decision for our senior dog without hesitation or concern. I cannot express how thankful we are that he was the Dr we met at Bond Vet Williamsburg. Truly don’t waste any time searching for another option, we’ve tried out over 3 clinics here in the area. Pricing appeared comparable to all other Williamsburg locations. Kudos to Bond Vet on hiring phenomenal people who are genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable. *Update to this, EVEN BETTER, Bond Vet has an on call nurse to chat with during closed hours. I was calling to give the doctor an update on our dog in the event he wants to see him again and I expected to just leave a voicemail. Instead, Emily, a very sweet on call nurse picked up, she took down my notes and assured me Dr Vasquez would reach out today. I’m truly amazed. It often takes a long time to get a return call from other vets…. I’m thoroughly impressed!*
