We hated why we were at MyPet’s cause saying goodbye to your fur friend is never an easy thing. They got us in right away when our dog collapsed outside, and gave us so much time to say goodbye. Dr. Julie and the assistant that helped us went above and beyond. They made us feel that even though we were taking a lot of time to say goodbye, if we needed more that was okay. The assistant offered multiple treats as a last goodbye option but our kiddo wasn’t very interested in eating anything. They gave us the time we needed to say goodbye, and I could never say thank you enough for making such a difficult time very smooth and easy. We got her buried with her favorite blanket and tennis ball when we got home. Thank you guys again so much. We love Dr. Julie, and MyPet’s in general and will continue to suggest them to our friends and family.

I recently had to put my little old Cutie Pie to sleep after 17 years. It was such a difficult time but the staff showed so much empathy and was so kind to us both! They allowed me to take my time to say goodbye even though it was close to closing time! I was very thankful to be surrounded by such compassion and would highly recommend them to take care of your precious fur babies!

I'm lowering my rating since the practice was sold. I took my dog there and spent a bunch of money and he still has the same symptoms. I tried to tell them about it and they wanted to give him the same meds he is on. Obviously they don't look back at their history. I don't want to leave them but I have no choice. My dog has been going there for 13 years. I hate moving a senior dog somewhere else. 😒

This is an awesome vet practice, my Goldie has been twice and both times I was able to get an appointment the same day. The front staff and Dr. Brittany were amazing, caring and listened to my concerns, they clearly explained our options and the costs to treat my dog. We got a wellness check call as well which is totally appreciated it and shows that they truly care about their clients.

We had to put our old girl to sleep and the staff was so compassionate and kind, explained everything, gave us as much time as we needed, and even made sure we knew that if we couldn’t handle being in the room there would be no judgement. They made a very sad situation more bearable.
