A great veterinary clinic. I've been taking my dogs here 3 years... they've been wonderful. My babies are not scared of the vet, they enjoy it. Medicines ready the same day, doctors are kind and great with my pets. I trust them with my fur children!

Love This Place! I've been taking my pets here for 20 + years. Extremely professional, caring and clean. Dr. Cooper was the Best Vet. To date. I am extremely grateful for this place. They saved my best friend! My puppy had parvo and I had taken him to another animal hospital located on Kingston pike and they were very rude and after paying almost $800 they did absolutely nothing to help ensure he lived. HOWEVER, Fountain city made sure he was stable before they sent him home and also made sure I had all the prescriptions I needed to keep him comfortable at home. It cost me half the amount that the other hospital was going to charge me and they did 10x more for him! Thank you so much!

The staff here are all so amazing and kind! I especially love how easy it is to drop off and pick up for grooming, and their groomer is the absolute best!! My dog smells like a field of sunshine and he's so fluffy and soft! Grooming day is our favorite day of the month!! Thank you to all of the staff for taking such great care of all of my fur babies!!

Luna, my husky, had a grooming appointment back in December 2021. She had her first seizure there at the drop off. When she had her seizure, the receptionist and technicians came around the front desk to help her. The doctors, thankfully, were there and helped immediately. Five stars here! She has been given anxiety medicine to prevent seizures when in that state. Friday, July 1, 2022: Luna has another vet appointment. Woke up at 6:00AM to give her anxiety medicine for her appointment at 7:30AM. Give the medicine time to work, right? As we park the car and get out, Luna starts showing signs of severe anxiety. Not a minute after she starts having a seizure. I leave her with my sister who has no experience whatsoever with humans having seizures, much less a dog. I run inside to get help. “My dog, she needs help! She’s having a seizure.” I say. The receptionist says “I don’t have a doctor here. I can’t help you.” She hands me a card to the emergency vet and says they’re open 24 hours. There were technicians there. The receptionist didn’t call anybody to help. Why don’t they have more training? Should they all not get training for seizures? They have more experience than my sister and I had with animals and scares like a seizure. Why is there not a doctor there from the time they open to the time they close? I was let down horribly today by the very people that are supposed to love, protect, and take care of our fur babies.
