Description We are a veterinary clinic that is located in Kansas City, Missouri and provide veterinary care for the surrounding cities. We also offer Boarding and Grooming appointments. Dogs being boarding are allowed 24/7 access to their outside portion of the kennel but are still kept climate controlled inside at all times. We have a Class IV therapy laser to help with injuries and arthritis as well as other diseases. This clinic is one of the few veterinary clinics/hospitals that is NOT corporate owned in the area.

I have always thought very highly of Dr. Epstein and his staff at Arrowhead Veterinary Services and Country Kennels. They are 100% a clinic that cares more about their patients/ clients than the money. On more than one occasion there was an opportunity to recommend an expensive procedure and I would have gladly paid whatever it was, but instead they have recommended a much cheaper option that actually pays them $0!!! This morning, Zyva got a pretty nasty cut on her paw that was borderline for stitches so I took her up there out of the blue to get checked out... Dr. Epstein saw that Zyva was scared and I was having trouble coaxing her out of the car, so he came out to help. When it came to the conversation about the stitches these were his exact words, and the reason that I will continue to sing their praises as a business. "I could stitch her up, but honestly it would be a waste of your money, and would serve little to no benefit to either of you. She will lick those stitches out in less than a day, and sedating her isn't good for her so I would rather avoid it" And to top off this wonderful experience, I got out of this emergency visit for under $75 including antibiotics for her.

We've taken our pets to Arrowhead Veterinary Services for more than ten years and we've never had a problem. They've always treated our dogs and cats with care, kindness and attention. Whenever we go out of town, we have no concerns with boarding our dog at Arrowhead. She comes home tired and clean. I appreciate Dr. Epstein's devotion to animals.

Our babies Maxwell and Dougie have been going here for services with Dr. Epstein and his team since they were both 4 months old. The staff is awesome and their boarding service is a huge help when traveling. Max has really bad allergies so he loves his medicated baths and Dougie can be challenging but it runs in his Chihuahua blood. Lol 10 out of 10! I highly recommend.

The staff is wonderful, very caring. I take my 3 dogs and cat to them, and they take very good care of them. They explain everything so I can understand. I would definitely recommend them 💯

This vet is literally the best to go to. The staff are caring and Dr. Epstein is always gentle with my cat and dog. I've been coming to this veterinarian for over 10 years and I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.
