Dr. Evans and Staff provide amazing and professional care to our cats and enormous Great Pyrenees. We have recently added an English Cream Golden Retriever puppy who has been diagnosed with hydrocephalus. Puppy is doing surprisingly well. A huge Thank You!!!! My dog had a mini emergency yesterday. Needless to say I was upset, the staff and Vet were absolutely amazing. They took my little guy immediately. They treated him with so much compassion, as well as his mom. I can't say thank you enough to the amazing staff, and Vet .

My partner and I adopted an abused, resource guarding, and significantly anxious blue nose pit bull puppy, who we named Kevin, early in 2021. Dr. Evans has stuck with us while caring for our new family member since day 1 of introducing Kevin into our lives. We’ve encountered various challenges while caring for Kevin who had to learn to trust his caregivers after being passed through 3 homes and 2 shelters in just his first 3 months of life. We cannot thank Dr. Evans and his wonderful staff at North Oak Animal Hospital enough for delivering the best care possible for our sweet boy.

Best vet clinic around! Dr. Evans and his staff are kind caring and compassionate about what they do. They always make me and my pup feel comfortable. And he can be a difficult dog to work with but they handle him so professionally! Me and Chief thank you guys!

We love taking our pups here! Everyone is so nice and caring towards our girls. They were even helpful when we brought in a stray we found on the side of the road helping us to scan and see if he had a chip or not. Very thankful to have them as our vet!

Front desk staff get cocky, rude, and lie. They told me that the doctor couldn't give my dog meds before an actual diagnosis because 'that would be illegal.' Which right afterwards, the doctor gave me a call and gave me a prescription, even though the test wasn't done yet. After the doctor wrote the prescription for my dog, I had to call back to ask about the medication dose as a pharmacist said that dose didn't exist, the front desk staff at the vet told me to shop around to find it, because the pharmacist didn't know what they were talking about. I looked everywhere, went to 4 different stores and online, and couldn't find that dose anywhere. I used to love this vet, but after this incident, I don't feel very well taken care of anymore. Like my concerns and worries were brushed aside by the front desk people. The doctors themselves are good, but I'm going to be shopping around for a new vet after the way the front desk addressed my concerns and handled this situation.
