This place is trash. They make you sit in a dirty cafeteria for hours. There girls bathroom had pee everywhere. It stunk so bad, in the cafeteria there's food everywhere the walls even have food on them. the chairs I wouldn't sit on. The parents here always wanna fight and steal. They make you sleep on chairs or mattress. They have bed bugs. This place is the worst bro. The workers always wanna get an attitude with people. This place is horrible

If you don't ask questions, you don't get answers. And even if you do you will get a different answer from different employees. No towels ever. But I am inside. Thanks Overflow for perfect service. In at 8:00 p.m. out at 8:00 a m. Rain or shine.

Well grateful to have shelter but they don't serve food must be in the streets from 8am til 8pm they don't have many pillows or blankets to give to people. The fact we have to stand outside in the cold or heat rain snow until its our turn to get inside is beyond sad. There's no kind of cover to stand under for protection is so sad we can get sick or ANYTHING the bathrooms stay nasty the staff is rude n mean including the kitchen staff when they do give food.. I hope I never have to go back. I never even met my caseworker there's no communication at all

They turned away a sweet young non violent Catholic boy!!! For PRAYING TOO LOUD!!! Left him in the streets, in the freezing cold!!! For simply having strong boundaries about his personal safety. He calmed down and prayed quietly with my sister and I until the doors opened. He even apologized profusely and begged for salvation. Luckily I waited until the crowd cleared and found him again. My husband Colin and I took him to the Mount Carmel Behavioral Health hospital instead. I truly believe they will help him there and get him swapped over to the VA hospital. Nobi - you call me anytime Honey!!! I will NEVER EVER FORGET CROSSING PATHS, TOUCHING LIVES THE OTHER NIGHT. Simply because you are a SUPERSTAR of a MAN. You truly deserved better.

The staff is not caring at all. I am handicapped and I have an extreme problem with standing on my own.i have stuck in the bathroom several times. Once for 2 hours. I was told they had other things to do. All the toilets here are standard size NOT handicapped size. I was diagnosed with covid yesterday. I fell and hit the side of my head and and laid there about an hour before paramedics could aid me. Right now I have been sitting in a depends I have havep issues in 6 times.

Staff, specifically one by the name of Nish, does not solve disputes within the dorms, including violent ones. They instead tend to make the victim of such issues feel like a burden for even asking for help with such disputes. Intake is problematic and the staff are extraordinarily rude to a disturbing degree, most likely due to the prejudice they have against their own guests. This building is a pathetic excuse for a shelter.
