I do my pet license online, it says it's good and rabies is up to date so I paid on 1/7. On 1/20 I get a notice that I need to pay a late fee for being purchased before 4/1, it's clearly not April. Also they say my rabies is expired. It's not. So I mail both my dogs info and a proof of purchase date of 1/7. What do you know they only send 1 dog license. So now I have been on hold for 2 HOURS!!!!! Y'all are awful.

Their website is so broken and accounts made are not correct. I created an account and the went to log back in and said the account didn't exist. Then recreated it, but it said my dog's license was registered under the same account.

This company is rotten to the core. I'm sure by writing this they will retaliate against me. They wanted 2 licenses each for my 2 dogs, insisting that I had multiple dogs born on the same day with the same name at the same address. The next time I renewed for a 3 year license and they insisted I bought a one year license with a replacement tag. Last year I purchased a 3 year renewal for my dog and have a credit card statement reflecting the charge but they insist I bought only a 1 year license. There is absolutely no customer service at this company.

Would leave a lower rating but Google only goes to 1. Terrible employer, no flexibility to employees, archaic management style, and terrible for the environment. Goes through at least a few trees PER DAY with how much printing is done. Best part? Everything is printed just to have a small mark or note made, and then sent to data entry to be put back into a computer. Avoid doing business with this group at all costs, they are terrible.

Last year, I sent my $25 registration fee by check and the check never cleared. Later, they sent me a notice that I was delinquent. So, I sent another check and it went through by some miracle. I thought that was an aberration, but this year I sent my payment and rabies certificate and my check has not cleared, so lord knows if they processed my dogs rabies certificate. What a joke. It is beyond me why my county uses this so-called service.

The company is very rude and I recommend not going through them for pet licensing because the website is not up to date to say apt not unit to deliver to the right address and refuse to give you a refund for their mistake on their end and saying the owner made the mistake and not themselves
