Very pleased with how good they took care of my puppy Malachi! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like they actually truly care about your animal. He went in with a broken leg that wasn’t healing on its own so the best option was surgery. We had heard great things about Dr. Lavender so we decided to go through with surgery as she assured he would be just fine and answered any questions we may have had. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and kept us updated while he was in surgery and after. We are so happy we trusted her because Malachi has now fully healed and is doing great as if nothing ever happened!!

I adopted a rescue who I wanted to be seen as soon as possible to get a check up and make sure they were up to date on vaccines. They got me in to be seen the next morning. I’m happy my boy Tex is up to date and loving his new home. UPDATE: I have now had Tex for a full year. metro paws has always been able to get Tex an appointment quickly and take care of anything he needs. Especially during those scary moments like when he ate something and was having tummy problems and throwing up.

The techs and the vets are OUTSTANDING!! I went in yesterday as my chihuahua was exhibiting some convulsive like behavior and refused to walk. They saw her as an emergency and were in the room within 5 minutes. The added cost was $90 and I felt that this amount was extremely moderate. X-rays and basic necessities were done right away too by the most accommodating tech and also by Dr Alvarez(I think that was her name). Dr Adams is my normal vet and I would go to either. Both are kind, responsive, great bedside manners. Just excellent. So thankful for their immediate response and care.

In 20 years of having pets, we’ve never received better care than we have here. All of the staff have been friendly, professional, and all around great to work with. Dr. Donaldson has awesome bedside manner and has taken lots of time - even on very short notice - while moving quickly to diagnose our dog’s chronic illness (which has required a lot of testing, trial and error, and medication). She always has a Plan A and Plan B in place for our pup and we leave knowing exactly what our next steps should be. She makes sure we understand everything she’s explaining and answers our many questions. I have complete confidence in Metro Paws’ ability to provide great care for our babies!

First time here & from the moment I walked in to the moment I left my experience was deemed more than satisfactory. The bill was less than what I expected & the way the cared & handled my fur baby was wonderful. The doctor & nurse answered all my questions & made sure I was fully informed from beginning to end. This may just become our regular hospital of choice.

Phenomenal animal practice. Took in my 5 year old Husky/Pit mix for a quick physical and an anal gland expression which went a very well for all involved. We were seen quickly and they treated my dog with great care and timeliness. My dog usually doesn’t like vets and such but he felt very uplifted when we walked in and he loved the atmosphere. Thank you again Metro Paws from Ikarus! Happy Holidays yall
