They were so rude. A nurse even got on the phone and told me not to send my mom up there for my dogs appointment because they only like to talk to the one who’s paying (she had my card) and not do it again! Like really I’m at work to make sure I can pay the extra $150 yall trying to charge me for shots then said my dog had to get a particular shot because he came that day! Listen who ever this new mang. company is is horrible!! I won’t ever go back even tho they’re 5 mins from me !!

I highly recommend this clinic in the unfortunate event that you have to have your pet euthanized. The veterinarian was absolutely amazing! He was very compassionate and and seemed to genuinely care about us and our dog.

They really have nice staff working here who seem to care for our animal companions, the vaccine clinics get hectic and you could potentially wait in your car for as long as 3 hours. I recommend taking reactive dogs elsewhere as they will charge extra fees for sedation to have your pet inside the clinic- for vaccine visits I find it a bit unnecessary, pop-up mobile clinics allow better flexibility, access, amd are often more affordable!

My cat Midnight was a "stray" cat who was extremely hungry and followed me to my door for something to eat. He was so sweet that I wanted to have him as a pet, that's why I brought him in for a wellness check. I'm sad to say that I had to make a decision to have the clinic put him "to sleep". The Vet was very honest with Midnight's health issue and he was very compassionate in giving me the details. The Assistant Technician was professional and caring and the Front Desk Staff was friendly towards me even though I was approx. 20 minutes late. The Clerk had to check to see if I had to reschedule, she came out with a "smile" and said he will see you.. I was extremely grateful. If I get another pet I will surely bring it to Buckner Animal Clinic for a wellness check. I've been there before but its been probably 10 years ago. I was impressed with the "new look". I live a mile away and thought this would be the perfect convenient clinic for both my pets. Definitely not. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service and the professionalism of this clinic!!!!!! The worst part is, they could care less. I took my puppy to the clinic for her vaccines, didn’t have an issue until requesting her vaccine record. I call and call nobody answers and when they do they say they will complete the task and it’s never done. When they launched the app, my dog is marked as a cat, no vaccines uploaded, my name and contact info is incorrect. Very disappointing a VET clinic can’t get the correct information regarding the pets they treat. Then, I had a medical emergency with my cat. I returned from vacation and she was in terrible condition. Upon entering the clinic I was told by the front desk they are too busy to look at my pet, even though we are an established patient. They refused to look at my cat who was having a medical emergency. I was also told by the front desk the doctor WILL not see me or my cat that he is busy with his patients who have appointments. My cat was taken to an emergency hospital and had to be put down immediately. She was in pain, she suffered. And this vet refused to take a lot at her. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC. They are money motivated and clearly the Vet and his staff do not care for animals or have a heart for their customers who are pet parents.This clinic should not be in business due to their lack of compassion and having Patient information correct.
