Wish I could give zero stars but you can't. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Poor communication, and they harass you on the daily about paying your bill BEFORE it's even due, no communication on sales contracts. BEWARE, if you sign up for them, you automatically sign up for autopay and there's no way to get them to quit calling you. Block the number, they call from a different one. Get a month behind due to poor communication on their behalf, and get your bill caught up, they cancel you once you've paid. Blessing in disguise, but buyer beware. Stick with your local pest service and I assure you will be less likely to have the headache we have had.

Antonio was at my house within the hour and patiently spent time with me answering all my questions. He was such a professional and set my mind at ease. I don't recommend this company. About a year ago one of their technicians crawled under our house and found rotten house beams. Said it was from moisture under the house. About 4 years before that we had Terminex install an Atmox system (expensive system ) to keep moisture out. THEIR TEHNICIAN said the system was not put in right. We even paid additional for a better moisture barrier. Their technicians reported (or said she did) and nothing happened. This year a NEW MANAGER ( or said he was) came out to check bait system and we talked to him. He informed us that we were not the only customers with their systems put in wrong and he would send out a crew to fix the problem. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND IF COURSE NO ONE HAS CALLED. At this point we are ready to get a lawyer
