I am incredibly thankful for Lori and the staff at the clinic. They have been so kind and helpful. Recently, my dog was bit by another dog and I contacted Lori for guidance. She promptly scheduled an appointment for us and took great care of him. She also recommended having him neutered for his long-term health. We followed her advice and my little man is doing wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary service. We had a vet emergency, unfortunately it was late at night on a Saturday. We texted the emergency number for our local vet as instructed to do via their answering service, but they did not return our text. I was desperate and getting nowhere. I called Dr. Ward and left a voicemail, she called me back within minutes. She gave advice over the phone for the situation and said she would have a vet tech at the clinic the next morning by 8:30 AM. Dr. Ward was very knowledgeable, friendly, and told us to call her if anything changed in then night. I think it speaks of someone’s character, commitment to their career, and above all their love of animals when they return your call and your animal is not even their patient. I will definitely be changing my all my vet services to this establishment. Thank you Dr. Ward and Ward Veterinary Service. I will make sure to refer all my family and friends.

The vet was very rude. Only sat him on the floor said it's broken and needs a 2 or 3 thousand dollar surgery. Put me down for having a pet without tons of money. Took him to Rolling Hills in Pontotoc. The doctor is assured it just needs splinting and it will heal as young as he is. All the wards vet would push is surrendering him or putting him down. I'll never go back there again. Most horrible experience ever. Update She was going to cut his leg off or put him down for a minor pelvic fracture and broken foot. Cast and splint for two weeks. So glad I didn't let her treat my baby

I recently took my furry friend to Ward Veterinary Services and was incredibly impressed with the care and attention that both my pet and I received. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Dr. Ward who examined my pet was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. Ward Veterinary has a genuine love and passion for animals, and it showed in the way they interacted with my furry friend.

I would have been more than happy to give them a try, but when I called out there, told the girl who answered the phone what I was calling for, she put me on hold. I literally held for 20 minutes, then got hung up on...she never came back to say "I'm sorry, can you give me a minute"....called me back, absolutely nothing. I understand emergencies happen, I understand being busy, but rude is unacceptable, plus it made the place look bad to me in general, so I took my business elsewhere. If you can't handle answering the phone and the front desk, I dang sure ain't gonna leave my pets with you.
