For over 15 years I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Kelly and her staff. They recognize us when we come in, give the best care to our permanent pets and many (many) fosters, and the facility is always clean. For long-haired kitties, they are the only reasonable cat grooming establishment in the area, too. We are grateful for the compassion and kindness they show every time we visit. They have saved the lives of so many of our foster kittens, and are who we recommend when we find forever homes for all of the animals we care for from TLHS and local individuals.

They have a great staff. I have used them twice in a emergency. Both times they were kind and courteous. I have considered making them my regular vet. Definitely would recommend.

It was my pup's first time at the vet. The staff at Cloverhaven made her feel right at home. Edit: If your animal is in need of medical care, go see Dr. Scholler. She is amazingly good with animals!

I had the worst experience @ Cloverhaven. My vet had retired. I made the mistake of choosing C'Haven when my Persian had a strange new spot in his mouth w some swelling on the same side. I've never been to any Dr's office or vet that was so about money. They would literally walk thru the door quoting prices. They didn't even try to hide the fact that money was their priority. So very much happened w these heartless ppl. I'm trying to keep this short. 1st he was misdiagnosed. Cost me $200 + for this visit. When he got worse, I took him back. I saw Moore this time. She proceeded to tell me it was cancer. I broke down. She slides me a box of Kleenex & walks out of the room. I paid the bill 4 this visit & left. I made apmnt 2 have the tumors removed. Quoted nearly $600 for this. Had the surg but they didn't remove it all. I never met w their surgeon @ this point. They removed pieces & sent off for evaluation. I didn't really know why they didn't remove It all. I was charged the same price tho. It was like pulling teeth 2 get any answers from C'Haven. After they got the biopsy results, I called. The rude receptionist said they'd call me tomorrow w results. I had 2 say NO. I WANT TO KNOW IF ITS CANCER. They called me back w results. It was. I take my baby n 4 follow-up. They charge me again 4 this follow-up. I've paid every penny as we went along. At this point I've paid $1000 for nothing really. They haven't helped him. The receptionist is just rude 4 no reason. This Moore lady is cold & rude. I'm losing my fur baby. The C'Haven group has made it 10× worse. If my baby had time, I would've changed vets. There just wasn't time. CMas rolls around. No1 got n touch w me 2 tell me they'd b closed for several days. The answering machine there didn't even tell their schedule. On Dec 26th, we were going on day 4 of zero eating or drinking. I had tried everything. I knew it was time. I took my baby up there 2 b put 2 sleep. Horrible already. I was having him cremated. It was going 2 b another $145 for euthanasia. I was $46 short. The cremation was nearly $200. After all I had already paid 2 C'Haven, Moore first tried 2 refuse 2 even do the procedure. I was crying. Then she said that they'd keep my baby's body until I paid all of it. At this point, I don't want him left there at all. I had called Angel's Ashes myself 2 have him immediately picked up. They were on their way. Moore refused 2 let me be billed 4 that $45 or work w me in any way. She was so ugly abt it. Angel's Ashes agreed 2 let me postdate a check. They didn't know me, but they did that 4 me. They're wonderful ppl. I was so shocked & disgusted w Moore, I told her I hope she gets 2 see how this feels. She smirked & told me she had pet insurance, it wouldn't happen 2 her. She is in the wrong profession. She doesn't care. I've never been treated so badly in my life. I got the medical records which Moore blames it all on me & doesn't tell the whole story. More happened than this. It's just too much to fit here. BTW: the bill said the last charges were also 4 storage of my baby's body until pickup by Angel's Ashes. Which was less than 10 mins. (Savannah is wonderful here) I only hope she goes somewhere else 2 work.

I was a past client of Cloverhaven with other animals and looked forward to seeing them again with my new dog. I knew there were new vets and office staff since I had visited the last time and the first person I talked to when calling didn't find me in their system, but I needed to bring my dog in, so I pressed on with the appointment. When we got there, Savanna at the front desk was so incredibly friendly and helpful to me with an anxious scared dog coming to a new place. She actually found that I was in their system, so that was nice and very reassuring! She went over and beyond to make Harper comfortable, too. It's just so important to pet owners coming to a new place, or even calling to make the appointment, to experience this kindness in an already tense situation, so I am so grateful to Savanna for making our first experience pleasant in the waiting room. Then, we saw Dr. Sam, and I could not be more pleased with her approach! She is a fear-free certified vet with deep, honest compassion, expertise in dog behavior and a world of knowledge I feel I can trust. She was able to tell me things I did not even realize in Harper's behavior that showed her stress level, but then within minutes, because of Dr. Sam and Savanna, Harper calmed herself and was relaxed and content! Thank you to both of them for a great experience. A+

We had a great experience at Cloverhaven! Erica, the front office manager, was incredibly helpful and sweet. Dr. Schroller was incredibly knowledgeable about our kitty's condition and how we should manage it. Will definitely be taking my dog there next!
