Dr. Sarah Nelms is absolutely wonderful. She is patient, kind and a good listener. Dr. Nelms is an excellent diagnostician. She keeps our pups in good health and makes every visit an excellent experience. She is consistent with follow up so nothing falls through the cracks. The front desk folks Melissa, Hannah and Barbara Ann are terrific. Tyler Coleman is wonderful. Everett and Lilly are in good hands with this team.

brought in 2 strays one was dying (I took them to the shelter as well got denied). The puppy ended up dying in my arms because this place denied service.. I couldn’t keep the pups, I did the best I could and looked for help from places that could’ve helped & they all failed.. it was either keep the pups and pay the bill I cannot afford.. what are we suppose to do in these situations? I had to watch this stray puppy die in my arms because I cannot afford to pay a vet bill right now. Where is your love in animals?

We're very thankful to Dr Sara Nelms and staff, who were SO GOOD to our precious senior Jack Russell terrier mix, Bubba! We were worried about his dental procedure due to his advanced age, but he recovered beautifully after surgery. His teeth are beautiful and his overall health seems so much better. Very thankful! 5 STARS!

This big boy Chipper had to have surgery and these guys and gals were the best! They have called several times just to check on him. Thank you Dr. Parker and assistant for keeping this momma calm and keeping me updated during his surgery. May God bless all of you! 💙😇
