THE BEST CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! My baby girl dog was sick I was not able to get into my normal vet fast enough and they were able to get me in, see us fast & was super affordable! they treated my girl with care and compassion, i wouldn’t recommend them more! they even called the next morning to see now Zuri (my baby) was doing! THE BEST! definitely will go back!!!

Dropped off my cat since the in person appointment time I wanted changed since they were down a doctor. The vet called and went over how she was doing and really seemed to care a lot and they followed up after to make sure she was doing well after her shots. I'll def bring the cat back in and my dog will be a patient soon as well.

I'd recommend always getting a second opinion from whatever this place tells you. My dog has a large mass and they did a fine needle aspiration of it and said it was perfectly fine. I went to noahs ark and had them do one and it ended up being soft tissue sarcoma which is cancer. Be cautious when coming here.

Western Hills location is by far the worse location I have been to! They can’t schedule like they say they will, they say don’t feed your dog for 12 hours before procedure then drop him off at 8:30am they don’t start procedure til 1pm so then can’t pick him up til 4:30 hasn’t ate in 20 hours and sat in a cage for 4.5 hours before procedure. You’ll sit on hold for 15-25 minutes after being asking “briefly” If you don’t gotta go to this location avoid it at all cost.
