I brought my dog Bear in due to a several ear infection in both ears. The veterinarian he saw truly worked a miracle because now Bear is as good as new. Thanks again for superior care you gave to Bear and I’ll definitely be bringing him back along with my other 2 dogs!!

Great staff very understanding. Brought our dog in due to severe lethargy and swollen stomach. They were the only vet we could get an appointment with. After an emergency surgery and keeping her for 2 days which I can't imagine was there plan no up charges of any kinds. Very happy with this vet.

The staff is very professional & there is no need to schedule an appointment! Just call & walk in!! That’s the best part to me cause sometimes you just have a moment… shots literally take as long as they should 2 seconds!! In and out no problems!! I loved the process. Nice & EASY NO STRESS. Straight forward pricing that even I could afford, clean and pet friendly facility!!

I have been to several veterinarian offices with my Bella Anne. Out of the four I went to Summerville Animal Hospital has been the best and I am extremely happy to have her under such good care. The front desk/ receptionist play a crucial role in how a business is perceived. Ashley was not only friendly but very knowledgeable about my concerns and most importantly she was very welcoming and not to mention I called at 4:30 she had me in there at 5:30 and when I called to say I was running late she said it's ok we weren't expecting you until 5:45 😀. Dr. Roberts was SO ATTENTIVE AND TOOK HIS TIME WITH Bella. Not once did I feel rushed, not once did I feel as if they were in a hurry to get out of there. I am forever grateful for the kindness all of you showed myself and most importantly my Bella Anne. Thanks Pat for the referral!!

I have just changed my care for my miss Bella. Previous Vet couldn’t give her the care she needed. Dr Roberts took a personal interest and was very food at explaining the problem. I recommend them to everyone of my friends that have any pets. I’m so thankful my fiancée introduced us.

Summerville Animal Hospital is by far the best veterinarian in Phenix City. Their staff and doctors treat Malachi with lots of love and it shows because he doesn't pull away, growl or cry whenever we have to go there. The staff treats me with the utmost respect. I've tried other veterinarians in Phenix City and I'm glad to say we have found Malachi his forever doctors. Thank you for all you do.
