Muzzled my very sweet dog without reason. If you aren’t comfortable enough to handle a dog without a muzzle (except when aggression is shown and a muzzle is required) then you probably shouldn’t be working with animals. I’m a groomer and I don’t do that regardless of size or breed. Cancelled my neuter appointment because I’m not confident that my dog wouldn’t be muzzled every time he was handled.

I don't understand when you have an opponent for 4PM and are told it's going to be a 40 minute wait? Why make an appointment? I'm disappointed super nice veterinary clinic but when you get rude over the phone with my wife when she is willing to compromise that is it no more of my money.

Called to have an anel extraction done. Hes about 13lbs was there about 8 minutes cost me 34.90 . Have been going here about 30 yrsbut this was ridiculous
