I found a very sick kitten late last Friday night so I knew I needed to find an animal clinic that could squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. Phenix AH was the ONLY place that I called that would even consider seeing me on such short notice. Don't let the location or small parking lot fool you, this is a wonderful little clinic with the nicest staff. Dr. Mitchell is the nicest guy and a very smart and caring veterinarian. Regardless of how busy he was, he took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my kitten and why he prescribed the medication he did. One of the most personable veterinarians I have ever met! The veterinary technicians and receptionists were also incredibly sweet and helpful. They also have 2 very sweet clinic cats who like to greet you at the door!

Love this Vet! The receptionist, Ms. BJ, is so kind and remembers all the patients and makes you feel like family. I switched from another vet and I could not be happier I did. They do not overcharge for unnecessary procedures. The vets explain plainly what is going on with your fur baby and take the time to make sure you are comfortable with any procedures they need to have done. They truly love what they do and it shows.

Love this vet so much! I recently rescued a puppy from a neglectful situation and they have been so helpful and patient. They have also been able to work him in within aatter of minutes for emergencies. I'm sure he would have been alot worse off if it wasn't for the amazing care they've provided!

Awful place please beware. As a local I will never trust this vet again. About 10 years ago my chow chow was ran over and survived but they wanted me to amputate one of his front legs for a few thousand in auburn. I refused and thankfully my boy lived a happy healthy life with all four legs. Then in an absolute emergency I took my labradoodle there he was acting very off. The dr came in and the first thing he asked was how much money I had. I told him I’ll give you 350 now and whatever I need just save my 6month old baby! Even though he tested neg for parvo and I have other healthy dogs and he had his shots they insisted it was parvo. They loaded him up with fluid and some shot. He was stiff and dead by the time my daughter and I drove home. Turns out his stomach had flipped and his sister had the same issue and survived fine after they ran a hose down her throat. These people at this office do not take there time and only care about how much money they can get off of you. I wish I never came back to this place. It was an emergency and I will never ever take any of my dogs there again.
