After moving from the west side of Cincinnati to the east, I was hesitant to switch vet practices. Our old location was so good. But, after trying once, I was convinced. The friendly staff, convenient scheduling and careful attention to our dogs makes all the difference. Our elder dog had surgery recently and we felt confident and comfortable with the care we knew he would receive. Highly recommend.

They were so sweet here! They explain everything they are doing and why, and they don’t try to push unnecessary treatments or tests. They genuinely care about your pet and your understanding of its comfort and health. Found our forever vet for our new kitty! She’s a happy girl!

They were okay at first. But then the staff kept changing every time I went in. My cat had a infection in her ear and they missed it during her check up appointment. I called saying that she still wasn't feeling better they couldn't get me back in for like two weeks. I called a new vet and they were able to get her in the next day and treated the ear. So within 5 days I had to pay for two exams and when I said why we switched over to a new vet I never even got a apology that you guys didn't check her ear during a exam. And wouldn't squeeze her in even though you missed it.

We LOVE Eastgate Animal Hospital and so do our dogs! Our littlest, Mia, gets so excited whenever she gets to go! Morgan at the front desk is always the best and we have seen all the doctors. They all are so accommodating, kind and do a great job with our fur babies. We also love their groomers! Overall- everyone there truly wants what is best for your pups and is so loving!

My boys, Ziggy and Frank, couldn't be happier with the team at Eastgate. They stay healthy and we stay happy! We're fixing to get them into their doggy daycare soon. Just until they're old enough to start school and furthermore, find dog jobs.
