I posted another review of the Turkey creek location so you can read more there but I'll share this here too, as we only started coming here the last couple months of my dogs life. These vets most definitely work on base salary plus commissions. You will receive the sales calls from the front desk people regularly about needing this, that or the other, without even paying attention to anything current. They are throwing things against the wall to see what sticks vs what's really in your pets best interest. Lastly (because I already did rant in the other review) after my dog had passed, they were notified and not ONE person even bothered to reach out with any condolences. I was a regular customer for 8 years, monthly payments into their most expensive wellness plans, spent THOUSANDS of dollars even in the past 12 months (so much of it pointless and a waste of time) and yet because their cash cow is no longer a prospect, they can't even take a minute with an email or phone call to express any condolences. Just a shame! Do I recommend going this route with your pet? NO, not if you value your pets health first and foremost, but also your own time and money. Hope this helps anyone considering going this route.

I enjoyed the fact that they offer plans and were able to see us so soon. Now I did have problems with how it felt like everything was about getting the more expensive items and I didn't like that but they didn't fight me too much and I was able to get what we needed. I don't enjoy how expensive the food they recommend is. I didn't ask more about that because I honestly was just trying to leave before my pocket got drained.

This has to be the best pet hospital I've ever been to. The staff would always greet Milo by name and he really seemed to enjoy the staff. Dr. Carpenter was excellent at describing what Milo needed and why. They were very respectful and always listened. I had issues with the Orlando Banfield with regards to his medical records and they took it upon themselves to contact the other Banfield and straighten things out. If I ever moved back to Knoxville I would definitely use this pet hospital again.

I took my small furry friend to you guys when she was very sick I thought she was dying and I couldn't get her in anywhere else, well after me paying a big outrageous bill, I felt like I was talked into the wellness program and I went back maybe once because she got sick again,well I ended up paying over 200 hundred that day and I still ended up owing over 1,000 dollars in which I am still paying for. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are rich and don't care what they charge.

Banfield pet hospital is the best. Dr. Carpenter & all the staff are fantastic I drive from Somerset Kentucky for them to take care of my pet & I wouldn't have it any other way bc they are always helpful & very professional.

They have wonderful insurance plans for all stages of a pet's life and they are very affordable. They always call me to set up appointments for the dogs so I don't have to remember when their exams or shots are due. They always call and check up on them the day after, as well. I can drop my pups off in the morning for their exam and shots and pick them up in the afternoon and I never have to wait. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and they truly love animals. The vets are knowledgeable and always able to answer my many questions. I highly recommend them! UPDATE: I still stand by this review. Dr. Dickson was so amazing when our chihuahua was diagnosed with cancer and we eventually had to put her down. We have 3 other dogs that have been going here since they were 6 weeks old. Two of them got into some Vitamin D, which can kill dogs, and the vet saw them immediately. She undoubtedly saved their lives. She even discounted the service because there were two of them. It cost a lot, but I can only imagine what it would cost at the emergency vet. All the vets I have seen are very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this vet.
