Eric and Victor were absolute superstars. They came to the house over multiple days to clean up the leaks in our basement. They tested our sump pump and recommended getting a new one, recommended great plumbers (who came the same day), and completed the work beautifully. They even taped up a dryer vent that was broken, just because they saw it. On top of that, they were sweet and patient with our pitbull getting in their way every time they loaded in and out. 10/10, ask for Eric and victor.

I cannot thank rescue restoration enough for their help! Their entire crew was so fast, professional, and thorough. They responded so quickly to my issue and helped to begin drying it out within the day. They also continued to check on it several times to ensure it was fully cleared, even checking the ceiling to ensure it had not gotten past the floor. Eric was also super helpful, explaining the full process, checking in frequently and being very communicative! Their quoted price was also right on target for the final price, which was very much appreciated! Highly highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about these guys! We had an issue with leakage in our basement. They identified the issue (a faulty sump pump/a wayward downspout ), removed the water, gave us a recommendation for a great plumber who came and fixed it same day, and came BACK to sanitize the area the next day. Eric and Victor were super transparent, understanding, professional, kind, and they got along well with our giant dog that kept getting in their way for attention. Will absolutely be calling these guys again if there are any issues. Can attest also that the plumbing company they partner with was great!
