This clinic cares about you and your pet. Truly. I had never been here until one of my cats got extremely sick. I needed to find somewhere that would take me day-of and they were more than accommodating. I had to make the difficult decision to put my cat down that day, and they were so wonderful throughout the process -- even though we had just met. They were considerate about price and didn't push me to do anything I wasn't sure about. It was clear that their primary interest was doing what was best for the pet and owner, eve if it meant getting less on their end. They gave me the space to make my choices in the clinic and have me the best possible farewell to my baby that could have asked for. Thank you :)

This is the best animal hospital I’ve been to. Dr Courtney Was So Gentle with my cat and Leah was extremely helpful as well . They answered all my questions and concerns . My cat is a relatively new patient at NCAH and I am BEYOND thrilled we started going there. Dr. Jansen has been nothing short of wonderful — she listens to all your concerns, is incredibly thorough in her explanations, walks through all possible treatment options, and even shares what route she’d take if it were her pet. Very empathetic, and the nurses, techs, and receptionists are all so kind and friendly as well.

Good vet hospital. Dr Joshua was so nice with me and explained what should I do. Explained me all possible ways my cat can do. This is my first experience in the vet but I’m happy so far

Our vet is closed on Wednesdays and we had an emergency with our puppy of course on a Wednesday. I called North Center in a panic to see if they would help us out. Dawn was so incredibly kind. She let me have my panic attack (and cry on the phone with her), she empathized with the situation, and then she got us right in. The entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent. I'm seriously considering switching vets to them for this reason.

We absolutely love this vet. We love Dr. Lynn as she has treated our dogs from the beginning. However, the entire staff is stellar. They treat you and your fur babies like family. The vets and vet techs are understanding for the most anxious/ overbearing of owners and nonjudgmental of the more laid back ones. One of the vet techs has even become our permanent house/ dog sitter when we leave for weekend or multi-week vacations. The only possible negative was the clinic was a bit older and outdated but their recent renovations have completely transformed the facility. Overall, I could not recommend them enough. We will be going to this clinic for as long as we have fur babies. None better in the Chicagoland area.
