It was our first time to this clinic and our Vet, Dr. Laura Saunders was absolutely the best! Our dog is a 3 year old large dog we adopted 8 months ago and has some real anxiety issues. Dr. Saunders took much time checking our pup out and answered our many questions. She even studies the re-homing notes made by the previous Vet clinics before we arrived! The Bluebonnet staff were great as well and Nick, the technician who helped us was also very knowledgeable and patient with our girl! We have definitely found a new Vet Clinic home!

Our dog has never been a fan of going to the vet. While he still gets nervous, the staff members have gone above and beyond to help him be as comfortable as possible. Chrystal was great with our dog during his nap clipping today. Thank you for taking great care of our boy!

We were really amazed at how comfortable our rescue dog was here, almost immediately. She is usually apprehensive about new situations and people. She just let the tech sit right on the floor by her and then lead her back to the other exam area. It felt right being here. We sure appreciate the patience, senses of humor and professionalism we have been met with every time we have gone in. The front desk staff are all just terrific people. So sweet and friendly. Our dogs are very comfortable here & so are we.

Dr Saunders was very thorough and I felt very taken care of. The facility was clean and nice and had individual waiting rooms. Excellent all around!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They seem to take a genuine interest in your pet. Dr York was thorough and took time to explain things to me. New South Austin location off Mopac & Slaughter Ln is convenient with plenty of parking. Great experience.

One of the best vet experiences Hudson and I have ever had...Lauren and Dr. Barrow were wonderful! Great communication, great energy, great care! The last 2 vets I've visited made me feel as if I was leaving a used car lot. It was all about what services they could add on. Here, Dr. Barrow was very open and honest and recommended a conservative approach to Hudson's care (my preference after my recent experience!). And it's always great to go to a vet where the tech and vet are happy to see your pup and are understanding and patient when your pup is scared 🥰
