We have brought all 3 of our pets to this vet and have had many concerns. Our purebred great Pyrenees was scheduled for a spay this week and they required us to do an included preop visit as well as pay for a well check because they had not done a recent “ well check” on her, which I totally understand, but the doctor did not even lay eyes on her private area in the visit. She is fluffy and she is also shy. This morning when I called them to tell them she had been licking that area and when I got a glimpse of it, that it looked slightly swollen and I was concerned about performing the surgery, someone else called me from the office and told me they were “ relinquishing care” with me because I “do not trust them” ( her words) but that they were also not refunding me the appointment they required me to have in order to do the spay. Per their ridiculous reply to this review, I don’t think it makes sense to drop my beloved dog off to be sedated and then when they’re shaving her they realize something was wrong…did these people attend medical school? Or even common sense school. We also brought Kitty face in there with a runny nose. They did a shot of antibiotics for him and the runny nose cleared up, but a snoring sound appeared. They sent a automated text checking on him, but they didn’t want to ACTUALLY check on him, because When I tried to show a doctor a video of the snoring sound when in an appointment for our other kitten, he would not even watch the video and would not help me at all. Later on I spoke to a different doctor after they left us a voicemail saying that we would need to sedate our cat for 5 to $900 as the next step…I asked him if there was any other options to do first… like a steroid shot for inflammation??? He proceeded to tell me that we had already done that. I had to remind him that he had done an antibiotic shot, never a steroid. Long story short, our cat was given a $63 steroid shot and within one day all of the sounds and the runny nose completely cleared up thanks to Dr. ME. So if this all sounds good to you then go ahead and go to Bennetts Creek veterinary. They will surely LOVE to take your money.

I love this vet and have been going here for around 3 years now. I recently moved about 30 mins away, but after a bad experience with another vet I will be making the commute to bring my pets back here. They’re a little on the pricey side, but not by much. They are not too expensive for the quality of service and how nice their facilities are. They’ve also been willing to work with me over email or phone calls to advise what problems need a visit and which don’t which helps on cost. Everyone is very nice and it’s clear they all care so much about the animals ❤️

We've always had a good experience with the staff from the front desk, techs & and veterinarians. Everyone is friendly, helpful & professional. I like Dr. Wichman because he is very thorough. We have a dog that was very sick & almost died despite previous treatment plans. Dr. Wichman was able to get him on the right path of recovery, and he's doing very well. You know what you're paying before you check out, so there's no unexpected fees. I also am appreciative of the cleanliness of the reception area and the checkup rooms. I highly recommend Bennett's Creek Veterinary Care for high-quality treatment of your pets,

Excellent veterinary!! We have been using Dr. Wichman & Dr. Johnson for more than the last decade. They both are fantastic vets and people. Today, we met with Dr. Richie, and despite the unfavorable diagnosis for our fur-baby, we couldn't be more confident in the treatment plan he has proposed. Every person at Bennets Creek Vet is kind and caring. We highly recommend!!

Worst veterinary I have EVER dealt with. If you love your pets I suggest never bringing them here, EVER! The staff at the front desk are absolutely horrible and have zero compassion and are completely unprofessional. I will never do business with these people ever again and will advise anyone reading this to find another vet immediately. Update: I was never escorted off this property. I was a witness to the situation for the man who was.

Dr. Johnson is an angel. My family put our dog down yesterday, and he was very compassionate. He let us know we could stay as long as we wanted and gave us hugs afterward. I really appreciate him for hugging us and not let professionalism interfere with being human. Really good guy.
