Faith Animal Care gives attention to every pet as if it were their own, and we can feel that at every visit. I've been going to this vet now for about 16 years already. They've been there in good times and the not so good times with our fur-babies. Even after moving further away, we won't go anywhere else. Just like us, when you've found a good care team, you stick with them 🐶🐶

It's very hard to find a Veterinarian that really cares and is compassionate and understand that to you, this is also a family member, not just a animal that if it dies your not just going to throw it away and get another one, really! Faith cares and understands that this is your family and they are there to help and will in any way and see you through this..❤️🫶

Absolutely love this place!! A few week ago I had a kitten in my engine, I was in shock and tried calling all the rescues and veterinary offices in the Muskegon area to help the lil guy. To no avail, no one would help me stating that they’re booked or just couldn’t. I pulled into the parking lot of Faiths and told them my situation and they helped me right away. They were very kind, caring and professional. About two weeks now he has made a full recovery and living a happy kitten life! I will always recommend this veterinary office to anyone I know!!

I love the staff at Faith Animal care because they're so friendly. And, they're so conveniently located in my community, just down the street that it makes it so that my cat is able to travel less distance outside, which causes him less distress. They always send me these really cute reminder cards in the mail with his picture on them, and it makes me feel special. I really love that added touch. And, they're really gentle with him because he's a scaredy cat, but they treat him with such kindness that he does ok being there. When I was last there, we had a check up for him and decided that since he is an indoor cat, he didn't need this shot that they were telling me that I should get, which was thinking more about Larity's comfort and what was best for him rather than the bottom line, which I thought was great. I'm happy they're my vet because they always take special care of my cat, and they do it with such gentleness.

The staff at Faith Animal Care are consistently caring and responsive. I appreciate the obvious love and concern they have for their patients. Dr. Faith her staff are great!

Quoted a total of less than $150 over the phone, got less services done than what I was quoted for, then told $175 at check out, then see a $206 charge on my bank account. 😠 The tech I worked with for the actual appointment was very nice, but definitely frustrated about the lack of upfront or consistent prices.
