Our 1st visit was the best we have ever experienced in all of our 5 dogs. Dr. Dunstan and both of his assistants did the complete visit, exam, and vaccination sitting on the floor at Willy's level. Other than the little yelp when he got the vaccination, Willy felt like he had new friends just playing and loving on him. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dunstan Animal Care Clinic for your fur babies and other pets!

I have been taking my 3 dogs to dunstan for 9 years . I did think at one point that this was a great place . If my dogs were sick they would get them in right away . I have one fur baby that I consider my problem child . She has had stones In her bladder and they did surgery to remove them they did take good care of her. Now she has a low thyroid and will be on meds the rest of her life . She has to have blood work done yearly and she is up to date . I called today to get her meds refilled before the holiday . They told me that she was due for her rabies shot which they never sent me a reminder . She said they don't do that anymore. She said you need to schedule an appointment before we can give you the meds . I argued with her it's their policy she said we can't issue any meds if you have vaccinations due . I said what does that have to do with her thyroid ? She gets blood work for that . To make a long story short I scheduled the appointment. In order for them to give me the meds I had to pay a non refundable deposit for an office visit for the day of her appointment. Ok so now they don't trust that I will keep the appointment. I had the same thing happen with my other dog . In February a got a call saying that 2 of my dogs needed their wellness check in order to keep them as clients . My dogs have been to the vet numerous times . Never had to do this . So I called and made an appointment for 2 wellness checks . Dr checked them took 5 minutes . He asked if I had any concerns . I told him that one has a spot on her leg that seems to bother her . He looked at it and said it was nothing . I checked out and went home . A month later I needed a refill of pain meds for my older dog that has arthritis. They refused it saying she needed a wellness check . I told them she just had one . She argued with me and said no that was a sick check . So someone screwed up charged me for a sick check instead of the wellness. Needless to say I am looking for a new vet when you get vaccinations now they charge you for a office visit which they never have before on top of the vaccine . Which at first on the phone she said it was 40.00 then at the office she said 55--60 I'm not happy and from what I have read here other people are having the same issues.

We have been with Dunstans since around 2016, Dr. Connor Dunstan and his employees were vary nice and help full with my animals. I had no issues until the pandemic . This is when everything changed including Dunstans Animal Clinic. They no longer respect anyone that disagrees with the new practices. For intance - if you make a appointment for a well check for your pet, you required to pay first and you also have to allow them to give your animal shots - 2 of them, otherwise you can't bring them in or get a Flea and Tic med. I was speaking with the young girl who said she was the office manager. When I disagreed with her she would make the situation different by changing there office policy. She had put words in my mouth as if I was causing the problem. She had no problem being condescending and unable to communicate with a customer that has been there for years. I asked to speak with Dr. Connor Dunstan or have a 3 way conversation because we weren't able to deal with each other. This was a pretty sad situation. Also she calls me back several times and threaten me, she said I was not allowed on there property, I'm not that aggressive and she was applying that I would come to start trouble. This was a really bad joke. People do not need to be harassed like that ever. She had told Kelly the manager all kinds of lies about the situation. Myself, I'm just never going to go back there again and why would I? It used to to be a great animal clinic. It's not worth the time or headache to even go there?

Used to be the Vet I recommended to everyone who asked. Can’t get an appointment due to inactivity? Apparently healthy animals are bad? Getting a new Vet and will send everyone to them now.

One of the best things about Dunstan Animal Care is that the doctor and his associates come in and are truly interested in your pet. They all get down on the floor with your pet. I believe pets are less stressed when they do this.

Best experience at a Vet that we have ever had. They made my pup a priority and made us both comfortable being there. Kudos to the whole staff!
