I took my dog to be checked for a urinary problem. They treated him very kindly and the staff was very friendly but they took an x-ray, they took some urine to analyze and it was approximately $350 dollars, which was a payment that I was able to avoid, because they did not prescribe me medication or give me a diagnosis. They left everything started, they simply asked me to take him to the emergency room because of what time it was and they had to close. From the beginning they would have told me that and I would have taken him to the emergency room because the x-ray and urine test were not needed in the emergency room, they did their job, they gave me a diagnosis and prescribed medication

The Vet at this clinic is OK , however the office manager is very rude and unprofessional with zero grade customer service . After one hour waiting to be late at our appointment when I ask what is the reason of the delay , she said it is what it is and we may go to other clinic They also in another event , they refuse to confirm my dogs food prescription by chewy to be shipped to us . They also unprofessional y canceled our existing appointment. I DO NOT recommend this place and I suggest the clinic consider seriously to change the office manager of this clinic. We are switching back to our old vet clinic

I'm delighted to share my wonderful experience at this pet care facility. The entire staff is incredibly nice and caring, making me feel confident leaving my pups in their hands. Unlike other places, the team here, especially Alyssa, stands out with their top-notch service. Alyssa goes above and beyond, always addressing my concerns with attentiveness and never making me feel rushed. Her willingness to explain everything sets this place apart. I've been to other vets where the staff can be short and rude, but that's not the case here. I highly recommend this place, and if you're lucky, you might have Alyssa as your tech – she's truly awesome! Kudos to the entire staff and docs for creating such a positive environment for both pets and their owners.

I've been taking my pets here for a few years now. The veterinarian and rest of staff have been wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. You can nvr pass up good medical care when you find it. Regardless of where I move, I will continue to bring my pets here knowing they are getting the best care overall.

Peterson had his annual exam and vaccines here. Very good experience during the visit. However, it was difficult for me to get this appointment. No one answered the phone call for a few days. (I dialed the phone number listed on Google Map and on their front door.)

Animal Health Center is like the Motel 6 for pet care. You pay about 50 bucks less than other places and you need to keep your expectations low. 1) waited 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen since the “doctor had to do something” 2) called 15 minutes prior to my appointment to check in, they said to call back at my appointment time 3) waited in the appointment room for another hour and a half 4) waited in the vet room another hour 5) left feeling like I was just a number Honestly in retrospect I would have just paid another 50 bucks to go to a real vet doctor. This place is a waste of time and I always leave feeling frustrated and I say I’ll never go back. Continuing to make the same mistake multiple times- that’s on me, I shouldn’t have gone again expecting a different result. Spend the 50 extra and go to VCA
