Dr Lawrence and Dr Ackerman are the best! They always answer all my questions whether in person or on the phone. The staff is friendly and helpful. Called the clinic, I couldn’t get an appointment soon (so common for vet clinics nowadays) but Rachel on the other side of the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable and provided lots of detailed insights about how to help a kitten who just opened eyes

I enjoy this current Veterinary and have been going for several years. Dr. Lawrence is awesome and helps take care of my small dog, keeping me updated throughout various tests, procedures, and surgery. Her extensive experience and courteous approach made a stressful situation much more manageable. I’m grateful for the compassionate care she provided.

We’ve been taking our dog to Santa Clara Pet Hospital since we adopted her in late 2021, and overall, our experience has been positive. Most of the staff are wonderful—kind, helpful, and genuinely care about the well-being of our pets. The prices are also fair, which we appreciate. However, we’ve had a few interactions that have left us feeling unwelcome. In particular, our recent experience with the doctor was disappointing. When discussing her health concerns, the communication felt rushed and cold, making it difficult for us to feel comfortable continuing her care there. This, combined with a couple of other less-than-positive interactions, has led us to consider finding another vet. While we’ve had some good experiences here, these recent issues have been disheartening, and I hope they can address these concerns moving forward.

As always, our dogs are well cared for by Santa Clara Pet Hospital! Their nail techs are super fast and efficient! The receptionist staff are always very helpful as well. Our vet is wonderful with our pups. We highly recommend these guys!!! 🙌🙌🙌 🐾 🐾🐾
