I recently had the pleasure of boarding my beloved Pitbull Sammie, at A Pet Villa and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, welcoming environment and the friendly, professional staff. The facility itself is top-notch—spacious play areas, comfortable sleeping accommodations, and a secure environment made me feel confident that Sammie was in great hands. Sammie came home happy, healthy, and even a little sad to leave his new friends behind! The attention to detail, the personalized care, and the genuine affection the team showed for the dogs made all the difference. We LOVE a pet villa!! Our dog has been going here since she was 4 months old, including boarding. She always has so much fun and we love seeing her pics on their instagram! They also do a great job trimming her nails.

I brought in Archer for a meet and greet and immediately he loved the team. I was so happy they had the patience and took the time to build his confidence with the other dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was so excited and happy. He did not want to leave without saying bye to the team members at pick up. His report card was super helpful too! After Jackie told me about the packages, I made sure to make the purchase. When not visiting his grandparents, he will be hanging out with his buddies at Pet Villa :)

I have used A Pet Vila for my fur baby, Leia, about 7-8 times now. Some stays are just the weekend, while some stays could go up to 10-11 days. Every time we have dropped her off and picked her up, the staff have been very friendly and always answer any questions we have. They are attentive and know what to do. Its tough leaving a pet away especially for a couple of days, so its really nice to have this option. I definitely feel like Leia is safe and healthy here (not necessarily happy because she's away from home too and gets so sad (like me)) Just one thing I'd like to mention is that mostly every time we do pick up Leia after a stay, she's quite stinky and spends so much time grooming herself that day.

I've been using A Pet Villa for 3 years, since Lexi, my 4 year old GoldenDoodle was just a pup. They are outstanding. The staff is amazing and very friendly, the facility is very clean and always kept sanitary. I've found that Lexi really loves going there and I've used them for day-care, boarding and their grooming. Always very professional. Cost is better than competitive. The staff really, truly loves dogs and cats. They treat them as their own and develop a bond which is really important. They take the time to know the dogs temperament, character and needs, for me, this really highlights their desire to make the dogs as much as a client as I am. I highly recommend them.
