I was referred to this location because of the service my family experienced when losing there father and daughter fur babies.Y'all I called up there and Olivia answered. FYI Olivia is really the only name that I remember, but she was super awesome at answering the phone. She made sure to answer all of my questions even though it took forever for her and when I got there again, she was super nice everybody that walked up to us which again I cannot remember everybody's name except for I do remember a Brendan. He was really awesome as well and then the lady that was nice and took them back to go do the vaccinations was super friendly...like your whole staff is just amazing!!! Absolutely recommend this Clinic! We brought Potato here Sunday afternoon after his leg was injured by another dog and he was immediately attended to. Everyone was so thoughtful, from receptionist, to techs, to doctors, everyone was wonderful. Potato was cared for well and was checked on the following day. We went in for his bandage removal on the following Tuesday and they did not hesitate to check on his progress and rebandage his leg after careful consideration. He even got an autograph! My family and I were worried about the price point but were pleasantly surprised to be met with affordability. I will always bring my pets here from now on in the case of an emergency.

I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Claire Watson and the wonderful technicians that work here. My dog Dalinar needed urgent surgery on a Sunday to relieve a bowel obstruction and this clinic got him in within minutes. The entire process was so smooth and Dalinar was back to eating and drinking the very same day. My pup is recovering wonderfully, and the incision looks fantastic. On top of everything else, the prices are also incredibly reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic and the people that work here. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby 💙

I came in first thing on a Sunday because my schnauzer had tummy trouble. The staff was very kind and attentive, and I was seen right away. The doc was caring and listened to all of my concerns. She didn't stoke unnecessary alarm and sent us off with meds. The visit was affordable amd easy. I hope to not be back soon, but I'm glad to know they're there!

3/1/2024- I was worried about my Rottweiler puppy Bears constant drooling and called in to get guidance on when would I know if it was a need to bring him. Miss Lori was the one who answered the phone and was really nice asking me questions about him and how he’s been and not pushy but seemed genuinely interested in his health not just trying to make money. She answered all my questions and didn’t seem like I was a bother or asking any dumb questions. Because of her help, kindness and suggestion of giving me a peace of mind I brought Bears in because i felt he would be in good hands and welcomed before we even arrived! From the people at the front desk to the doctor he saw and the vet techs everyone was very nice and helpful! I was checked on while we waited and they even showed me how to give him his meds for when I take him home! A GREAT staff all around! They even have complimentary drinks and tv subscriptions! And the pricing is affordable and what you pay at a vet visit, not an arm and a leg for a usual ER visit so even better!! When times are stressful and worried about your pet you need great people around you and they were just that! Great staff and thank you to everyone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1000 Stars!

My Bizzie B (Yorkie) was having an incontinence issue, the Veterinarian here took good care of us. They performed surgery to removed the bladder stones, put my pet on special food. I received excellent service and post-opt care through text messages and phone calls. Thanks again Dallas Animal Urgent Care for saving my pets life!! 5 STARS!!!
