Definitely, definitely recommend Critter Gitter! I found a baby bat on the sidewalk in the middle of downtown and safely contained it, trying to determine where I could take this little fella. I called Critter Gitter and Kenneth answered right away and walked me through options and next steps. I opted to pay the service fee to have them come get the bat, keep it overnight, and take it to the wildlife rehabilitation center in the morning when it opened. Response time was QUICK and as an ex animal control officer, Kenneth was very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you!!!

Called Mr. Minafee and explained I have a Mallard with 10 babies in my backyard. He was very informative and agreeable that it was something I could do. But, after our conversation and him explaining his fee, I decided to call him back. He came right away and even let me assist. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Before he left he told me where he would be relocating them to tomorrow morning.

I had a great experience with Kenneth Minafee from Critter Gritter today Saturday 5/23/2020... While at a friend's home, I found out she had a very injured bird in her backyard. This company, Critter Gitter was the only company that would take my call and help us with this injured bird, It was even already 5:30/6pm. Kenneth was kind on the phone. He had no problem coming out to pick up the injured bird and take care of it; till the Bird Wildlife Recuse was open & could take it Tuesday. Plus, he even came out as fast as he could, even though it was already getting late. I was honestly okay with the service fee too! It was affordable; fair priced considering he came to pick up the same day, it was a weekend, late, and he handled picking up the injured bird and will also take care of the bird till Tuesday. I was very appreciative! 😁

Worse "wildlife rescue services" customer service EVER! I am APPALLED!!. Husband came home after walking our dogs with a defenseless brand new baby bird that had no feathers and skinless still almost clear and pink. I called to get assistance and the first thing that comes out of his mouth is to call some other number because he does not deal with Birds because they aren't wild animals. Excuse me but wild bird are wild animals. It's not like it was a pet bird that just happened to have babies. If you don't deal with these animals then you need to relabel your services so that we can get ahold of the proper people. After I hung up the phone to call the other number to finally get some assistance the gentleman that I spoke to left me a voicemail cussing at me and threatening to track me down because he didn't like the tone I took with him when all I told him to do was to do his job. If that guy that I spoke to is the owner of the company then he needs to be shut down immediately for his unprofessionalism, disrespect and violent. The only thing he did right was get me in contact with somebody that could actually help me.

Just call 311 because these people are rude and wanted a service fee. There was a sick raccoon wandering my apt complex and I called them. Never again. This raccoon could have rabies or if bit he was lethargic, stumbling and disoriented and I wanted to get him help and avoid any other animals getting sick! I had no money for service fee, so I called 311. It’s raining horribly and I feel sick the raccoon is out there in that shape and weather. There are also a number of stray cats in the area as well and I’m worried for there safety. The raccoon was not acting vicious just extremely disoriented...💔

I heard noise in my attic, and critter gitter came out in the middle of the night and removed a LARGE RACCOON. Great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
