They were on time for our appointment. Our vet was knowledgeable and friendly. Our dog had great care. I would like the animal to be examined in the room so we can discuss anything in real time instead of after the fact. I like being in the room just like with my human babies.

The staff was so helpful and kind! The vet I saw was patient and so wonderful. I felt comfortable right away, and I was alone with my very nervous cat (14lbs) and nervous dog (22lbs). The vet assistant/receptionist was amazing and so friendly! She ran out to help me in the parking lot when she saw me struggling with the dog's lease, cat carrier and my purse. The location wasn't too hard to find for a first time pet owner. It is right beside an ice cream place. I'm not from Cincinnati area, but this location was very easy to find off of Colerain Avenue. I'm so glad I read the reviews and went here! It reminded me of my childhood vet back home.

Took my puppy JJ there because he wasn't feeling well and not his usual self. The Doctor examined him and gave him the shot he needed to feel better. Now he is doing ok and the staff was great. An it didn't cost much for his shot!! I've found a facility that I can trust with my boy.

Always welcoming. Take you right back for appt time. Love Dr Early very nice and sincere care. My mom took our Boston bull to Dr Cain in 1966. I have been taking my dogs there when i become an adult. Never been unhappy thru out the years with all the Vet Dr that has retired from there up to Dr Early. I have my 5th Boxer now and very happy with the care i recieve and of coursr Kathy at the front desk she is wonderful.
