Description PetCare Animal Hospital is a small animal, avian, reptile and exotic animal clinic with offices in the Blue Ash neighborhood of Cincinnati. Our Blue Ash location is fully equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including digital radiography, Idexx in-house diagnostics, endoscopy, ultrasound, a complete surgery suite with EKG capabilities, and modern dental equipment. In addition to routine procedures like spaying & neutering, microchipping, and pet vaccinations, our large facility also offers hospitalization, boarding and grooming services. My pit bull box was very sick and he had to be out to rest and I was absolutely historical because my sweet boy was passing away and they did anything and everything to comfort my kids and I and they talked me through several times and my husband was at work in another state and they waited till he was able to call me to be there with our sweet amazing baby boy so I really wanted to say thank you so much pet care staff you all are so amazing

My sweet, typically well behaved, Freya, turns into an absolutely crazed maniac when we pull into parking lot. Luckily, everyone here is helpful and kind. I walk with a cane due to MS and the staff always goes above and beyond to assist. A wonderful place to have nearby. Always sweet to my neurotic rescue pittie even when she's being 70lbs of nervous❤️❤️❤️

As a new client and under a somewhat emergency situation, I have to say that PetCare Animal Hospital was extremely helpful, professional, empathetic, and caring regarding the care of my fur baby. They spent as much time as I NEEDED to talk through the situation both before and after Bourbon's surgery, they followed up with a phone call the next day to check on him, and constantly put me at ease regarding his progress. I am thrilled that I have found them ... and that Dr. Gary Smith will be joining the practice.

I cannot express how much I truly love and appreciate PetCare (Blue Ash). I require an exotic vet for my guinea pigs which can be somewhat hard to find but I can honestly say even if I lived an hour away I would still take my boys here. I regularly see Dr. Theile who is an absolute pleasure and so kind. Last year my senior pig required emergency surgery. I was terrified as he is older and such a little guy...almost 6 months later and my boy is thriving!! Dr. Hill did an amazing job!!! I know my furbabies are always in good hands here.
