We brought our dog to this vet since he was only 2 months old(winter 2020). We love all the staff here, everyone is super friendly and really taking good care of our dog. You can see from the photos, our dog loves to be here. Our doctor is Dr. Coyle. She is very professional, we have been seeing her for the last 3 years. Patiently listened and answered our tons of questions every time. Quick response through email if you have emergencies. Highly recommend this vet if you are living at Cincinnati area.

Dr. Coyle and the staff at PRPH are the best. We take all 5 of our animals here. She always takes her time and is very thorough, answering all questions and concerns. The technicians all care about the animals and your experience there too. One of our dogs was having a hard time getting his blood drawn, and she stepped in and made it a comfortable experience for all of us, and despite being very busy, she didn’t hesitate to take the extra time and do what was best for our dog. Thank you all for everything you do, it means more than I can express!

We love our vets at Pleasant Ridge!! Being first time dog owners is stressful, but choosing Pleasant Ridge has helped to ease the process so much! After our puppy Cleo got spayed, they were quick and readily available to support our questions with texts and phone calls to ease our minds and ensure our puppy was healing well!! They are always accommodating and flexible to get us in for an appointment quickly and are so kind with lots of love and scratches for our Cleo girl! They are so welcoming and friendly with a clean environment - you can easily tell how much they love the animals and what they do!

We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Coyle and all the staff at Pleasant Ridge Cat clinic! We’ve never experienced such care, compassion and kindness with a vet before. Our Oscar is our pride and joy and to witness the love that Dr. Coyle has for animals is really amazing. She got down on the floor with Oscar to do his examination, and he even purred through the whole thing. She even took the time to follow up afterwards regarding his weight loss and nutrition plan. He didn’t even know he got all of his shots because he was having a great time eating treats! We are forever thankful!

I love PRPH and I can't believe that I have not left a review before! I took my cat here for years and they always treated us so kindly and gave my cat the best care. The entire staff is wonderful and we had such great experiences with Dr. Albrecht and Dr. Chase. Two years later, we now have two kittens now and are back to taking them to PRPH and the newly opened Cat Clinic. We have seen Dr. Ward a few times now at both the Cat Clinic (such an amazing and calm location!) and the main office in the front and we're so happy that Dr. Ward is on our cat care team! It has been great to be back and see all of the techs, too. If you are looking for a new place to take your beloved pet, check out PRPH. Great location, super easy parking and most importantly - the best care.
