We can't recommend Crossroads enough after they cared for our dog Fred for so many years. He wasn't exactly an easy patient with two knee surgeries and continuous random issues. Throughout it all the entire Crossroads staff was wonderful to work with and so sweet with our gentle giant. We were extra impressed by Dr. Michels who went out of her way to make sure Fred was comfortable in his last few years. Thank you Crossroads for everything you did for us and our sweet Fred!

I'm not quite sure where to begin so I'll simply start with - THANK YOU. Dr. Davies, Dr. Michels, and Dr. Etoll helped us for years with our almost 20 year old cat, Sammy. They guided us through his Hyperthyroid condition and prescribed just the right medicines. Once, he went through a spell where he was pooping outside the litter box and they recommended a calming diffuser that did seem to help. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and compassion that all of the staff showed us over the years. I guarantee they gave us extra years with our Sammy. And although Sammy recently passed away, I will ALWAYS recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital to anyone I know and if (when) we get a new pet, we will certainly start right away with Crossroads again. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

We moved to MN from West Salem Wisconsin 15 years ago & started to bring our pets to Crossroads Animal Hospital based upon my past Vets recommendation. We had been with them for 30 years. She told me about all of Crossroads accreditations. so I was sold Our dear Molly was a puppy and our kitty Tabitha was just 2 years old. I brought our granddaughters to many of our appointments and we were always greeting warmly plus the girls were able to hear our pets heartbeats. Very exciting. These Vets plus the tech staff took us through all our ups and downs of young dogs to old and failing dogs & cats. They were there for us every steps of the way. Much to my surprise, we once again have a puppy! I am back to Crossroads. They call me with updates and results. I am never left to wonder what is going on with my precious pets. I also feel their fees are fair. Thanks to everyone at Crossroads for taking care of our fur family Debra Johnson

I've recently moved to the area and with SO many veterinary options, I was terrified of having a bad experience (or my cats!) Crossroads was a wonderful choice! I called a few other clinics for quotes prior, and this one was initially most affordable, which can sometimes come with risk, but this was one of the best vets I have ever been to. Being new, the doctor listened to my cats' histories to really get a feel for them; she was patient with them, kind, gentle and understanding of their needs and my concerns. Offered and educated me with exactly the advice I went in for, offered me every option available and talked me through any questions I had. Granted my cats hate the vet no matter what, they'll definitely be going back. I'm so glad to have found Crossroads right away as a new home clinic for my fur babies. *and update! Doctor Anna called me during her end of day things and went over additional information we didn't have time for in the room. Such great attention to every pet, very appreciative of their service.

To me a good veterinarian is like a good mechanic. Once you find you, you never go elsewhere. Front staff is very polite and accommodating. The Dr. we visited with (for our cat) was so calm and nice. Even when our cat gave her a couple of right hooks, she didn't even flinch and continued to soothe him, which in the end made us feel better. Very thorough, understanding and compassionate.

The entire staff is wonderful. Have been taking my animals there for 6 yrs. My cat had an accident and couldn't come home for several days, they texted pictures of her to me to help ease my mind. They are kind, gentle and patient. Would highly recommend . LOVE the STAFF
