I am beyond angry. I was at first pleased that they were able to get my 17week old kitten in day of for his eye problem. They did a stain(no scratch) and sent him home with an eye drop. It is now 6 days later and his eyes have not improved after looking at the drops more closely they prescribed me expired eye drops. Don't worry I will include the picture. The drops expired 7/24 and they gave me the drops on 7-31-24. I cannot believe this level of neglect, as an employee of this company in a different branch I know that the employee had to type in the expiration date when printing out label to hand to me. Also if this is how they treat their employees, I can't imagine how they treat regular walk-ins. I am now going to a full service vet to actually get quality care. I will attach photo's of my kittens eyes today 8-5. This is with religious use of eye drops, using a specified animal eye wipes to clear the gunk and doing warm compresses as supportive care. So help me if my kitten loses his eye sight or his eye; I will go after this company with lawyers for every penny they have.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. NEVER come here if your pets have any sort of anxiety, behavioral issues, or reactivity. I walked into VetIQ and the veterinarian Donna was verbally degrading the owner of a cat (who had lived indoors for its entire life) for not bringing his 7 year old cat in for routine vaccines. The veterinary staff is so poorly trained. I have never felt so accosted and judged while trying to seek care for my dog. I am very proactive about advocating for my dog, as he is a large boy with reactive tendencies. Donna was entirely unwilling to adapt her “methods” to care for my animal. She was argumentative, standoffish, and unwilling to listen to me. She blatantly ignored the points I had made to make the Veterinary trip easier on my dog. The staff was entirely incompetent, and Donna was arguing with me about what would make my dog react. My dog growled and Donna nearly refused care for my animal. I have never experienced such ignorance or disrespect while trying to receive routine vaccinations for my dog. I have never experienced such incompetence and ignorance from anyone, let alone a Veterinarian.

Great experience! They can get a little busy depending on the day and time you go, but they are quick and reasonable in price. My puppy was afraid but they made him feel comfortable and the appointment went great! They are a walk in clinic no appointment needed.

What a beautiful experience. They treated my Selah (Shih poo dog) with love. There are very knowledgeable and patient. I’d recommend everyone to come here, you won’t be disappointed. The prices are “VERY” affordable.

Dr kraider (I believe was his name, I’m sorry if I spelt it wrong) was so so helpful. I have a couple pets and I will ONLY bring them here. The staff is so caring, personable, understanding and amazing. The prices are incredibly reasonable. For a full check up, prescriptions and all of his shots AND blood work it was $205 after tax. You go anywhere else and that’s at least over $400. I honest to god don’t even trust other vets with my animals, I’ve had so many bad experiences. Each time I’ve gone in they treat me AND my animals with the utmost respect. I tell everyone to go here, I cannot recommend them enough! the people, the place, convince and price is just unbeatable. This is such a great place for nervous pet parents like myself. So kind. I love the petIQ family. Spork and love cat say hi!
