Yesterday I tried to call in an inured coyote. The person that I spoke with (Thurs 12/14/23 @ 4pm) was incredibly rude. Before I was even able to finish speaking they cut me off and said the animal is fine, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, they are WELL aware of the situation, the DNR knows about it, etc etc. it is extremely frustrating to call in an injured animal in an attempt to help it and to be spoken to with the attitude I received yesterday. Please watch this video and tell me again that this coyote is not injured. Even if it truly was not injured, I absolutely do not appreciate being spoken to in a tone that makes it seem as though I am being a bother. Unprofessional in every way.

Absolutely the rudest people when I made a decision to not move forward with an adoption because I knew it wasn't what was best for the dog. He told me I was waisting his time at this point and when I thanked him for being rude he said your welcome. Absolutely DO NOT recommend adopting from them or donating to them or anything. Filthy Kennels... dogs pooping STRAIGHT liquid from who knows what. No ones vet checked. No AC for the animals...

Two lovely ladies from animal control were ready to call the police because I left the dog in my car for 45 minutes, windows open. They did inform me that is actually illegal but not before saying they were going to call the police. Said the dog was 'foaming at the mouth' and dehydrated. My dog was panting but was not dehydrated. I was preparing to take her for a walk. I appreciated the heads-up about legalities but I did not appreciate being threatened, nor the misdiagnosis about dehydration. When I got the dog home she did not even drink even a quarter of the water in the bowl. And we all know how the police behave in the cities - what happened to 'Burnsville welcomes you'?

Tyler at the Burnsville animal control was very helpful, extremely professional , and kind with my situation today. He was the one whom I spoke with right away on the phone and also the one who met with me when I arrived . I know how much this facility cares about the animals that people abandon and want the best for them. Thank you Tyler for being so helpful

Adopted my sweet puppers from here. He's a happy, healthy, good boy. Love him. The staff is really sweet and caring. Couldn't get a better group to take care of the poor "lost" pups.

Dog like to play there, but they do not put dogs in separate areas according to size. Big and small are all together! But my little 14lb dog thinks he is a big dog, so he doesn't mind playing with an 80lb dog. However, I wonder if this is true of all little dogs!
