Great service and value by folks that really CARE about animals. I highly recommend this salon. My dog had a full bath and full groom for over 50% less than a competitor that only bathed and trimmed around his eyes, rear and feet. We had a great experience and will be back!

I just adopted this precious guy from Petsmart through Happy Tails Rescue..the worker here went above and beyond for me and got ahold of the rescue for questions so I could be sure of my decision. I believe his name is Brandon, he was so funny and so sincere. I dont think I caught the girls name running adoption center but she was amazing as well and helped me get all the right things and answered questions when I called back. I am very thankful for that crew! I went 3 days in a row to make sure I wanted this kitty (that my son renamed Theodore)

I took my miniature poodle to get a haircut and a bath and I do have to admit that he was a little matted so I knew that I wouldn't get the haircut I wanted for him, but I still asked that they try to do the best they could. I also asked that they cut a little off his tail too. Right away they told me that they would have to shave him down to get under the matting but that they would be able to keep his head hair pretty much the same as that wasn't as matted. I understood and left my dog. When I picked him up he was shaved all the way down but with little patches of longer hair here and there and on his feet. They also cut most of the hair off his head and completely shaved down his tail instead of the little bit that I asked for. He honestly looks like a mix between a rat and a chihuahua. They also didn't give him a bath because his skin was sore, which I can understand. Instead of offering to make an appointment to come back for a bath, they just said they would take some off the total cost and that I could bathe him at home even though they initially told me not to bathe him at home because he will become matted. I ended up paying $65 for an unevenly shaved dog that didn't even get a bath and still had to go home and bathe him. I have taken him to other groomers before when he was matted in the same manner and they have always managed to keep him looking somewhat decent amd bathed him. I would not recommend taking any dog here for grooming if they may require a little extra work as they will just get fed up with them and take the easy way out and leave them looking bad.

This location was great and convenient as I live down the road. They have now relocated a little closer to where more of the action is behind McDonald's where Old Country Buffet used to be. I went to that store, too and it was a pleasant experience.

Today my partner and I went to PetSmart at the Burnsville location to get our dog groomed. There was a female employee with dreadlocks that were dyed green who was disgustingly rude. As soon as we entered she was snippy. When we opened the door to the grooming salon she yelled from across the room that the grooming salon was closed, despite the door being open and the time indicated on the door stating that the saloon closed four hours later than when we arrived. She also made a snide comment that “we should have know since the lights were turned off”. That was how we were greeted at PetSmart; no one bothered to say welcome, only yell at us upon entering. That was a disappointing experience and that employee represented PetSmart VERY poorly.
