We took our husky last week after easily scheduling her surgery on their website portal. We arrived a few minutes before their 7-730 am drop off and we were first in line. When they opened door at 7am, we were processed quickly. Clinic looked clean and well-staffed. It was inexpensive, which was a Godsend for us. The staff was courteous. They were done with her by 2pm. I can't thank them enough for doing a great job on our baby girl! May God bless those people for doing what they do! Thank you!

My baby boy blue has gotten everything done at this clinic from his puppy packs, neuter, all of his vaccines + tests & boosters and even his teeth cleaned! I’m always super happy with how affordable the prices are and my boy always comes out with a happy face and tail within minutes. I’ve had 3 other babies within everyone’s care there and it always goes smoothly each and every time. I absolutely love it here and I know my fur baby’s do to! *all of the babies were closely monitored at the time of their surgery’s and weren’t allowed out of my room until 7 days after*

Awesome experience, nice staff, lots of open availability, and very inexpensive. I took my male cat to get neutered and everything went well as if nothing even happened to him! Did a $50 deposit when I set up the appointment. When I got there, I got him neutered, nails trimmed, and microchipped all for $99 even. Lots of places were booked, but this place had appointments available!

Will NEVER be back here again. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I would encourage you to find where peoples animals have died after their visit here. This is not acceptable. On top of that they have no communication when they are going to up charge you hundreds of dollars and then claim it’s “for the dogs best interest” without giving you the option to do research for other affordable services. They bet on you not saying anything so they can upcharge you and conduct unethical charges. We took our dog here and we’re about to be charged double for what we were quoted. They didn’t let us know or notify us what was happening. They simply just went on to upcharge us without authorization. After everything we paid more then we were quoted and did NOT even get what services we needed. Talk about feeling robbed. More people need to step up and say things when they see these types of places. It definitely helps others.

I took my husky here for an emergency operation. She was just 1 year old and afraid, but the team took very good care of her. She was a baby, so she was a crier, so the team asked me to pick her up early. However, she was well taken care of in a timely manner. Great place to bring pets with an emergency.

The scheduling process was easy and all went well. Up until day of surgery. I paid, they forgot to charge me the overweight fee so had me come back in and pay it, and I went home. About 2:00 this afternoon I get a call from them telling me that it’s gonna be an additional $100 per pet for a medicine that I’d never heard of, and I’ve had 7 dogs spayed at various locations, and the dogs needed it for their breathing when they go under anesthesia. I’m told this medicine is for flat faced dogs. I have 2 pit bulls that went in. I didn’t consider them flat faced, but I didn’t want my dog to die on the table so I paid the extra fee. No where in any of the paperwork that I had or signed my name too, had nothing about flat faced dogs or this medicine or the additional fee. By the time they finished with my dogs it cost $579 for 2 dogs. This was suppose to be $150 a dog I thought. Until they started upgrading the charges and adding more to them.
