If we could give Canyon Pet Hospital 10 stars out of five, we would. Recently, we had to have our miniature Australian Shepherd hospitalized. She was in there for one week due to a severe case of valley fever. We live in Tucson, which is about a 4 Hour drive from Flagstaff, so it was very stressful for us to leave our baby there. To ease the stress, we received multiple updates per day regarding the status of our pet (without having to ask). Our puppy received top-notch care and we received top-notch communication. The staff was very transparent, honest, and loved our dog like it was their own. Having 24/7 care would definitely encourage me to choose Canyon Pet Hospital again, without a doubt. The staff is absolutely unbeatable, and we got the best support possible.

Canyon Pet Hospital showed us the best care and compassion! I cannot say enough good things about them. Racheal is amazing, she explained everything and took time to let us decide options. Absolutely extraordinary care! Thank you for caring for our bunnies!

Canyon Pet Hospital saved our fur baby, Hazel, when she had pneumonia last summer. She is doing great now and we have them to thank! They gave the best care and let us check on her often. The communication meant so much to us. Highly recommend!

My little guy is being taken care of for a dog attack by these guys right now. I am sooo grateful for the loving care they are giving Oliver. I am very happy and very impressed with all they are doing for him. They have been calling me at least twice a day to keep me updated on his condition. They don’t mind me coming in to visit. They even let me attend his laser healing sessions. They are amazing! Highly recommend!!! Here’s a pic of Oliver in his protective laser goggles!

Sorry for the long review, but I have had some very mixed experiences... I have taken my pets to Canyon for years, Dr Rumfola is super awesome and great with our rabbits. We had issues with bringing our cat, Mabel, in. She got everything she needed but it always seemed like we would get forgotten in the room. One time she git her wellness exam and she needed one shot and it took a crazy long time to just to give her the shot so we could go. She is a nervous cat so that was never easy. The biggest problem was with my dog, Raven. Literally two days after I got her she started coughing and was very lethargic. We took her to canyon and they quoted us $1,500+ for diagnostics, monitoring, etc. They didn't seem to care one bit that this was hugely stressful and expensive. I called Coconino Humane Association (where we got her) and they told us they could give us the meds for free. Thankfully she recovered very quickly with the meds from CHA but that made me very hesitant to go back to Canyon. If so, it will only be for my bunnies, as even though it's expensive Dr Rumfola does a fantastic job. I also wanted to shout out one of the techs, Hannah. She took care of us when our bunny Stormy passed very unexpectedly. She was so very kind and gentle with her body and I am so grateful for that.

I’m truck driver from out of state my Frenchie had a stomach problems bowel movement problems. I took my dog inside and they help me out. Gave me recommendation today. My dog has no issues with stomach problems. They I did what they asked me to. They help me out. The staff were amazing thank you very much Canyon pet Hospital for helping me out in my emergency.
