We have been going to Kaibab for many years with our dog, who was seen with them originally as a foster puppy. He’s been sick recently, and Dr. Love has gone above and beyond in caring for him. She’s made multiple phone calls to us after working hours to check up on him and give advice. We so appreciate the love Kaibab has shown us and our beloved dog!

I called on a Saturday to schedule an annual check and vaccination visit, and was able to snag a cancelled spot the following monday, without any issues whatsoever. I've seen three different Vets at this clinic, and would gladly see any of them again. They're competent providers and w excellent care. The techs were helpful and responsive, and obviously cared as well.

The Kaibab team is always kind, patient, compassionate, and attentive. I've taken my pets to them since 2017 and they've only gotten more amazing. I love taking my pets to them and would absolutely recommend their care. The prices are reasonable and it's easy to get your pets in to receive care quickly. Their facilities are clean and bright. Every person I've ever interacted with there from Doctors, to managers, to techs and assistants to CSRs, have been caring and compassionate, and taken the time to ensure my pets are well cared for and I have all my questions answered. My cat has extreme medical needs and they have been amazing at helping me coordinate his care with specialists and meet his unique needs. I've especially been impressed by the care Dr. Mueller has provided to my cat Sylvester. She has gone out of her way to stay in contact with me regarding his care and do everything she can to help us take the very best care of him possible. It's such a huge relief to know that the people caring for my cats are trustworthy and reliable. I'm so grateful to have the Kaibab team caring for my cats.

This is a great veterinary office. They were able to get me in the same day when my dog developed a UTI. I really liked Dr Martin. She was thorough and gave out meds on that visit so our dog didn't have to suffer over the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful.

While visiting my hometown of Flagstaff, one of my dogs got hurt. After searching for a veterinarian, I happily stumbled onto Kaibab Veterinary Clinic. The staff was helpful and kind and fit us into their busy schedule. They kept in touch, and when needed, answered my follow-up questions. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They are now in my contact list!
