We are in from out of town and stopped in for food and shoes for our dog for hiking. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The checkout person was exceptionally kind and even offered our dog a treat and encouraged us to sign up for rewards (their free program) which gave us a discount and points since we shop here often it made more sense to have one. Lovely experience!

Hayden was amazing! He was super helpful and friendly. Literally the best cashier I’ve ever met at the store. He spoke in a professional yet friendly manner and even respected preferred pronouns!! As someone who gets anxious in stores he made the experience enjoyable. I hope he’s working the next time I come in as well.

Very unprofessional staff, their is always Ick on the fish in this store. I wanted feeder fish and my daughter wanted to pick out the feeder fish, then the lady wanted to ask a handful of questions about "if I have adequate housing for the fosh, how many gallons was the tank, what I'm feeding it to" Please make sure you educate your staff to be polite and unintrusive towards customers especially in front of adolescents. Make sure as a customer you check all of your fish because ick isn't the only thing that had came from this store, fin rot om the bettas, bloat in a lot of the tropical fish and guppies pass away very quickly.

I like coming here because they have the best variety of Fancy Feast for my old lady kitty. She only eats Fancy Feast now that she has no teeth, so I get almost all the different options.

The worst cat groomers ever!!! I asked for a simple trim and they shaved my cat bald, cut my cats whiskers short and milked the time and charged us $80. My poor cat looks terrible.
