Fantastic place. I have gotten several tarantulas from this store. We also get all of our reptile supplies here. All of the staff have been amazing to us. Shout out to Jordana she is always very nice, informative, patient and keeps everything reasonable.

I went down for the first time about a year ago to purchase some blue eyed whites tree frogs, (frogs in the picture) First thing I noticed was how well the reptiles were being cared for, seems that they know what they are doing. Staff members were all very sweet and knowledgeable on their creatures, definitely will continue to get support from me. Keep it up, yall ❤️

Really good owners, great shop, large selection, beautiful reptiles, doggie snacks. We are really fortunate to have this place in our area.... its the only shop like it within 2 hours. Its our reptile oasis, in an other wise dry region. There is the sister store in eugene and it has slightly different inventory. That store has more room for cat and dog supplies. This store specializes in reptiles and insects while selling a small amount of products for other animals. This is the ONLY place to get feeder rats and mice,(plus the eugene store) and they have a huge selection of feeder insects. I suggest calling ahead to verify, and ask when the shipment of the product you want will be in. Everyone is super friendly and if one store doesn't have it, the other does or will soon. Love, love, love this place formy critical reptile needs

Nice spot, good selection, and they got pangea. I bought that, substrate, and a bit more decor for my lil buddy. The condition of some of the tanks was questionable. They also hav an elder cat on duty which is dope.

I really like this place! They have a fantastic reptile and invertebrate selection and you can tell that the people working here care about reptiles. There's supplies for other types of pets as well, but this place really stands out as an awesome store for reptile enthusiasts. They ARE a "pet store" in that they sell some different species of reptiles, but the husbandry and care of all of their reptiles is outstanding, with some of them even being permanent residents of the store :)
