This is the place where I get my cat food and you really could get a great deal on high quality products. The staff there is very knowledgeable and willing to help. All the staff are mostly friendly and have time to help you with anything. I was so use to going to the big brand stores but after shopping here I can't remember the last time I been in one. The store might look small but they really optimized the space they have in there. They have a huge selection of toys too and cat towers. Definitely worth the stop.

always very helpful and friendly. I love that if my pet doesn't like something I can return it for another option. A wide variety of excellent products and great locations. they even offered to order food I wanted but they don't stock for me. impressive. I will continue to shop here for years.

Great experience every time I walk into this store. They are kind, loving, and helpful every time I come into this store. Its not like I'm a number walking into this store. I feel like I'm a member of the family every time I walk into this store. I gave the Eugene Mini Pet Mart a 3 star rating for labeling me a thief just because of the way I dressed that day. I've been shopping at the Mini Pet Mart in Springfield for many years and I love this place. The Eugene location had me labeled as a thief. I'm a Commercial Driver full time and I go to College part time online. It did not feel good to get profiled as a thief by the Eugene location, but that will not stop me from shopping at the Springfield location. I make alot of money, because I work hard for it. I grew up very poor as a child. Like I lived in real life poverty as a child. I'm proud to say that today I make more money then both of those store clerks at the Eugene Mini Pet Mart location put together. I'm not the little spick in rags anymore. I can buy both of those store clerks cars and houses if they ain't still renting a house.

I've been getting my pet supplies from them for about 25 years. Always greeted at the door with a big HELLO. I can always find what I'm looking for.

Sweetest most knowledgeable people ever work there and they have such a wide variety of products. I prefer going here over Petco and pet smart as they carry a wider variety and have the knowledge to back it for each personal experience
