Happy to recommend this excellent specialty/emergency facility. My cat Toby received good and prompt care for his bladder issues and then was referred on for surgery. The staff was efficient and friendly and kept me well informed throughout. This photo was taken by one of the nurses while Toby was in treatment.

The ER doctor saw our dog in 10 minutes, listened to us and triaged him accordingly. He needed stitches after running through our glass door. This is a very professional operation and the staff are very kind and understanding.

BluePear in south Philly did an excellent job evaluating my dog and making sure he had a smooth transfer once diagnosed with a condition that required hospital admission. Dr Venanzi was absolutely wonderful even though the situation of my dogs health was all very upsetting. She explained everything well and made everything as easy as possible for us to proceed with my pups care. She even followed up the next day with us which was very sweet

Dr. Nelson and his team were great. My daughter’s dog ate something she wasn’t supposed to eat and they were of tremendous help in getting her better. She is now doing well and I will use this location in the future.

I brought my dog in twice this week for some very scary, quickly escalating GI issues. Dr. Marks and every tech and receptionist we saw were wonderful. They were caring, gentle, reassuring, and most importantly honest about what was happening with my dog and the best way to take care of him. They were also transparent and sensitive to the fact that he needed help when I financially couldn’t take on lots of treatments. The cost of veterinary care is what it is- but they knew how to get the most information impossible in the easiest way for me. They were honest and realistic from the start and if you have pets…you know how valuable that is. 10/10. I hope me and Tank don’t need to see them again soon…but if anything that needs an ER happens to my fur family from here out I know exactly where I’m going! Thank you!

I truly cannot say enough about the level of care and love me and my sweet baby, Lexie, received. We came in with an emergency and unfortunately my baby had to be put down. Absolutely everyone on the staff made me feel like only Lexie mattered. They spent time explaining everything, and giving us comfort during the worst time of our lives.
